Mr. Zhang (pseudonym), a citizen, told Jimu News that at about 7:30 p.m. on the 28th, when he passed Wanda Plaza, he heard that someone had fallen into the sewer, and he then rushed to the scene to prepare to save people. Mr. Zhang introduced that he heard people nearby say that it was a father and son who fell into the sewer.
