Li Jingzhu and his party came to the Tianxia First Spring Scenic Area, inspected and accepted the "Mother's Hut" of the Daming Lake Visitor Center, inspected and guided the "Mother's Hut" of Baotu Spring, inquired in detail about the construction and operation status of the "Mother's Hut", and was very satisfied with the high-quality service provided by the "Mother's Hut" in the scenic spot for the majority of tourists and female workers. It not only reflects the care and respect of trade unions at all levels of provinces and cities for women and children, but also effectively improves the happiness index of female employees, and gives high praise and full affirmation to the work carried out by scenic spots. At the same time, optimization suggestions were put forward, emphasizing the need to focus on the integration of existing resources to achieve the purpose of multi-purpose and resource sharing in one house.
Fang Liming said that since the Provincial Federation of Trade Unions called for the construction of the "Mother's Hut" in the province, the trade union of the World's First Spring Scenic Area has actively responded to the call and attached great importance to the construction of the "Mother's Hut". This year, the main task of the trade union is the construction of "two houses and one room", that is, "mother's hut", "healthy hut" and "craftsman studio". At the beginning of the year, the construction standards of the "Mother's Hut" of the Comprehensive Provincial and Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, as the work position for trade union cadres and workers to perform their duties and the comprehensive platform for trade unions to serve female employees, comprehensively upgraded and transformed the "Mother's Hut" in the two parks of Daming Lake and Baotu Spring. The next step will be to continuously expand the service content and service objects of "Mother's Cottage", actively create a child-friendly social environment, effectively safeguard the legitimate rights and interests and special interests of female employees, and make the cottage truly become a warm "station" welcomed by female employees.
The "Mother's Hut" of Daming Lake, the first spring scenic spot in the world, is located in the visitor center of the southwest gate of Daming Lake, with an area of about 22 square meters; the "mother's hut" of Baotu Spring is located in the visitor center of the east gate of Baotu Spring, with an area of about 10 square meters. As a comfortable "mother's hut" in a public place, it is open to the public, and has carefully created a private space for female employees in scenic spots and female tourists who visit scenic spots, integrating various functions such as rest, breastfeeding, and parent-child. It is equipped with air conditioners, fabric sofas, coffee tables, combination cabinets, small bookcases, wash basins, water dispensers, refrigerators, microwave ovens, televisions, cribs (including small bedding), nursing tables, milk warmers, bottle disinfectors and maternal and child care products. And equipped with special management services, daily hygiene cleaning, timely replenishment of the necessary supplies, and the development of daily management, use registration and other systems.
