Introduction
In order to deeply implement the "Detailed Control Plan for Beijing Urban Sub-center (Block Level) (2016-2035)" approved by the Party Central Committee and the State Council, demonstrate and promote the dissolution of non-capital functions, and take the opportunity to build a Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei on the track and build a model of a transportation hub integrating station and city, the Beijing Urban Sub-center Management Committee, together with the Municipal Planning and Natural Resources Commission and the Tongzhou District Government, jointly organized and compiled the "Comprehensive Implementation Plan for the Comprehensive Planning of the Beijing Urban Sub-Center Station Comprehensive Transportation Hub Area" (draft).

● Land use 4 to: north from Lutong Avenue, southwest to North Canal, east to Tongyun East Road, including 0101 block and the east throat area of sub-central station located in block 0901
