A few days ago, Songjiang Impression City released the first rendering of the indoor space scene "pyrotechnic aura", and announced a number of catering brands, including Haring Bullfrog Noodles, Songhe Lou Noodle Restaurant, etc.
Located on the basement floor of Matsue Impression City, the "Fireworks Aura" is a space scene that integrates diverse cuisine, culture and art, and social entertainment. According to reports, the first batch of shops signed to enter the area have been determined, including the new concept store of Hefu Small Noodle Wine, Ma Jiyong, Chengdu Xiaoguan, Haring Bullfrog Noodles, A xiangmi noodles, flower cut lady, Marumi Sushi, Beard Chef's new image store, as well as Songhe Lou Noodle Restaurant, Xiaoyang ShengPan, Cube Iron @ Teppanyaki and other catering brands.
In addition to entering the brand, the creative space design is also a major feature of the "fireworks aura". The area will make full use of the internal space of the shopping mall, by introducing restaurants, squares, markets, stages and rest areas, and adding elements such as greenery, street lights, tarpaulins, manhole covers, etc., to create an indoor commercial block according to local conditions, bringing customers a unique leisure shopping experience.
On the upper level of the "pyrotechnic aura", there is an outdoor garden covering an area of about 6500 square meters, connected by a spiral staircase. "According to the planning and design, three bright skylights will be opened in the central area of the garden to achieve indoor and outdoor communication and better reflect the shape of the block." The person in charge of Matsue Impression City told Komatsu that customers can find various delicacies here and walk in the starry sky.
In the future, more than 70 gourmet shops will be gathered here, and the shopping mall will also organize community performances, graduation exhibitions, innovation and entrepreneurship and other activities from time to time, forming a rich combination of business formats and becoming a landmark place for young people to gather and punch cards.
Songjiang Impression City project is located on the northeast side of the intersection of Guangfulin Road and Renmin North Road, with an above-ground construction area of about 74,000 square meters and an underground construction area of about 81,000 square meters. The commercial floor is divided into four floors above ground and one underground floor, and the second underground floor is a parking lot, with about 1100 parking spaces planned.
At present, the project is progressing smoothly, has completed the structural capping, entered the internal equipment installation stage, and is expected to be in the second half of this year.
At the same time, the shopping mall brand investment is in an orderly manner, and some of the signed brands include CGV double-storey flagship cinema, Songjiang's first Yonghui BRAVO boutique store, Songjiang's first MELAND Club-level children's play theme customization store, and Songjiang's first interstellar legend's latest image store. Among them, the CGV double-storey flagship cinema will bring the country's first high-end movie experience Salon S hall, as well as two Songjiang first hall 4DX & ScreenX fusion halls and Dolby Cinema Dolby Cinema top sound experience hall.
