I think that if we have learned well the "enhanc Chinese ed ambition, backbone and confidence" proposed by General Secretary Xi Jinping in his important speech on "July 1st", the answer will be clear.

Let's start with ambition. What is ambition? If there is no emotion, what ambition is there? No dreams, no goals, no pursuits, where is the ambition? Ambition is built on our ambitions for our careers, without which there is no ambition. There are so many students and so many masters and doctors in China, and everyone is just one of them, is it just to get a diploma in the future? I once said that you are a student, but you are also a scholar. This step-by-step sublimation is to lay the academic foundation with sweat. Therefore, we must grasp our own destiny and be determined to deal with the challenges and changes, which is where our feelings lie. Lock in a goal, and you will unswervingly achieve it. We want to make Chinese medicine an important force in the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, let Chinese medicine play a major role in building a community of human health, and let Chinese medicine stand tall in the forest of world medicine. We must not only write history, but also create history, and become front-runners and pioneers. Ambition is the most important spiritual motivation in a person's life, and the spiritual motivation can make this person different from others, this group is different from other groups, and this nation is different from other nationalities. We talk about ambition, not slogans, not adjectives, it must be the spiritual driving force in the depths of the soul that makes you fight for it, so we have to talk about ambition.

Let's talk about bone. What is bone gas? It's the hard bones that stand up our spine. Now someone wants to snap us by the neck. Chinese medicine also has the problem of being "stuck in the neck", the problem of some people criticizing, and the problem of being questioned and smeared. Chinese medicine has "three greats", one is a great creation, Chinese medicine is not an academic system imported from outside, it is our original; the second is a great treasure house, we have five thousand years of civilization, with "Yellow Emperor's Inner Classic", "Shennong Materia Medica", "Typhoid Fever and Miscellaneous Diseases", "Compendium of Materia Medica" and other classic masterpieces, successive generations of physicians have created the glory of Chinese medicine for us; the third is an important part of the great rejuvenation, we must follow the times with high-quality development. Backbone is based on hard work. Scholars must be immersed in academic thinking, and your thoughts and deeds must always remain galloping and reverberating in academia. Only in this way can you reflect your backbone.

And the bottom line. What is the bottom line, no action is no bottom, no contribution is no bottom, no bottom is no confidence. Specifically, if the doctor has no curative effect and can't see the disease well, what is the confidence? The bottom line is "there is poetry and book in the belly", "there is poetry book in the belly" The appearance of coming out is different, the words spoken are not the same, and the pattern is different, which is called the bottom line. Hard kung fu is the strength shown in the game and in the comparison, which is the bottom line. Our teachers should strictly manage the students, so that they can be on this track, day and night, thinking about it, thinking about it day by day, and doing a good job in their own learning one by one. When you graduate, you send high-scoring essays, and when you double-blindly review your graduation thesis, you get 3 A's, which is even if you have a little confidence, of course, it is not a big bottom, but at least it is a minimum of confidence. Nie Haisheng, Liu Boming, and Tang Hongbo, three astronauts, boarded the Shenzhou XII spacecraft, and the first time they entered the core cabin of the Chinese space station was "confident"; the Olympic athletes who won medals by hard work were "confident"; Chinese medicine had advantages in diseases and advantageous disciplines were "confident"; and a Chinese medicine academy with famous doctors, famous teachers, and leading talents was "confident".

We have these three qi, what are we afraid of? We want "people's hearts to be kind, people's hearts to learn, the pursuit of excellence", which is the slogan of our team. Our school motto is "Diligence and Eclecticism, Virtue and Prosperity". "Diligent and learned", eclecticism is more, is the crowd, is the quantity, diligent is the spirit of hard work, "thick virtue and life", for the personality of people, for the learning style, we as doctors, as medical workers, is to protect the people's life and health, must be generous to the life and health.
