According to the data, the "predecessor" of Nexperia is the standard parts business of Dutch semiconductor giant NXP Semiconductors, which began to be separated and operated independently in 2017, and is a world-renowned automotive power semiconductor manufacturer. On June 10, 2020, China's Securities Regulatory Commission accepted and approved Wingtech Technology's acquisition of Nexperia.
