Nexperia: Introducing the industry's first A-selection Zener diodes

ECompany News, Nexperia today announced the launch of the industry's first batch of A-selection Zener diodes. The BZT52H-A (SOD123F) and BZX384-A (SOD323) series have tolerances of only ±1%, providing a higher accuracy reference voltage than the B (±2%) and C (±5%) versions. Both families not only meet the needs and regulatory requirements of the growing mobile portable and wearable applications, automotive and industrial applications, but also support the Q portfolio of devices.
