Beidaihe New Area coastal water quality is clear, natural distribution of scallops, mussels, clams, clams, clams, Philippine clams, oysters, abalone, pulse red snails and other more than ten kinds of shellfish; with the development of scallop farming industry, the new area has become the main scallop breeding area in China due to excellent substrate conditions and water quality conditions, and the annual output of bay scallop farming can reach about 40% of the total annual output of bay scallops in the country.
