Hello everyone, I am Li Xiaohong, a student of Huangpu 25th Stage of Lesheng Gongchang ®, and I will make a small sharing on the feelings and experiences of the first class. There is no perfect turn and gorgeous transformation of a product manager, only a product xiaobai who has really seen and heard for 2 days of class.
Teacher Xue Lihua has three magic weapons, namely questioning, thinking model and psychological knowledge. In addition, the class of Come to Learn is different from the traditional classroom, such as seating arrangement, learning content and student status, etc.

1. Ask questions
Asking questions is a way of thinking that our human brains love very much, and it is also a step that we can take effectively in solving problems.
Teacher Xue is a person who is particularly good at asking questions. By asking questions he allows us to redefine the problem ourselves and find the real problem; by asking questions he makes us clear our minds and find points that we have overlooked; by asking questions he removes our "crutch" and lets us find the answer ourselves instead of relying on the strength of others.
2. Mental models
Mr. Xue has a set of self-contained product manager thinking models, from JDIT® thinking model to DH2W® model, from double question model ™ to double diamond model ®. Mr. Xue calls this mental model or framework system PMOS™ (the operating system of the product manager).
Although these mental models or frameworks are developed to train product managers, their scope of application is not limited to the product manager's work itself.
The problem is the normal state of our lives, and these mental models or framework systems help us deal with the problems encountered in life, and are also the magic weapons to enhance the thinking realm of each of us.

3. Psychological knowledge
Why do some people often succeed in doing things, and some people always do not do as well as others? You think that the method is not right, but in the end it is actually a problem of your thinking and mentality.
Teacher Xue told us that many people have not yet taken action, they have begun to deny themselves, and people with the idea of "I can't do it well" are very likely to fail. Self-denial is a virus in our minds, a cancer on our spirits.
Only by correcting our own mentality and stopping self-denial can we focus on solving problems and achieving the goals we want.

1. Seating arrangement
The seats in the traditional classroom are in the front and back rows, and in the study, everyone sits in a circle, forming a closed loop, which increases the sense of experience of face-to-face communication.
People in different industries and different regions exchange their own experiences and experiences around a common theme, quickly narrowing the distance between each other, eliminating the sense of distance between strangers, and giving people a sense of atmosphere where their best friends are around.
2. Learning content
The learning content of the traditional classroom is in addition to language, physical and chemical students, political history, professional courses, practical courses, and testing individual learning achievements through homework + examination.
And in the study, the content of the learning content of the lesheng gongchang ® is to encounter problems, how to think, such as what should I do? How do I get things done? Why am I doing this? At the same time, it attaches great importance to the unity of knowledge and action, and applies what it has learned.
For example, the BDHT™ thinking I learned in class is also a thinking model that has a great influence on me, that is, what kind of person you want to be, you have to do what that type of person should do.
3. Student status
In the traditional classroom, students always passively accept the content of the teacher's lectures, which is the least efficient of all learning methods.
However, in the classroom of the come-to-learn, in the happy production field ®, the real protagonist is not the teacher but the student, the teacher is responsible for asking questions, and the students are responsible for generating answers. In this way, the answers to new knowledge and questions are not passed from the teacher to the student, but are derived from the student's own original knowledge system.
For the discussion of a certain theme, everyone uniformly wears a green thinking hat, innovatively produces answers, actively speaks, the classroom atmosphere is very active, and the participation of students is very high.
To be fair, in the process of getting along, whether it is in the teachers or classmates, I have truly learned things.
