At the unveiling ceremony, China Eastern Airlines further implemented the Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement signed with the Hainan Provincial Government on June 13, 2020, signed a deepening strategic cooperation agreement with the Sanya Municipal People's Government, and signed an enterprise admission agreement with the Sanya Yazhou Bay Science and Technology City Management Bureau.

In Wang Mingyuan's view, in recent years, Air China, together with its subsidiaries, has continuously increased its transportation capacity investment in the Changchun market, and Changchun has become an important node in the development of Air China in the northeast region. The opening of this route is an important measure for Air China to promote the high-quality development of the Jilin aviation market, which will build a convenient air bridge between Jilin and Germany, promote the high-level opening up of Jilin to the outside world, and better play the important role of the "Belt and Road" window.

Wang Mingyuan said that in the future, Air China will give full play to the important supporting role of the civil aviation industry in the "double cycle" pattern, and build a more efficient and smooth air passage for China's opening up to the outside world and international exchanges.
