The "Salary Transfer Plan" public welfare project (formerly known as the "Education and Companionship of Children of Wage Earners" public welfare project) recently identified the 10th batch of support targets, and reached an agreement with 9 heroic families such as Li Wenliang, attending physician of the Department of Ophthalmology and anti-epidemic martyr of Wuhan Central Hospital in Hubei Province, and allocated the 10th batch and 15 2020 annual education support funds totaling 149,200 yuan.

Jointly initiated by The Paper, Shenzhen Henghui Children's Charity Foundation (formerly Shenzhen Henghui Children's Charity Foundation) and Shanghai Coastal Construction and Development Co., Ltd. on March 18, 2020, the "Payroll Project" public welfare project aims to provide long-term educational support and companionship for the children of heroes who sacrificed their lives in the fight against the new crown pneumonia epidemic.

As of 3 July, the Payroll Scheme had supported 140 children from 90 heroic families, allocating a total of $1,314,000 in education support funds. At the same time, the project implementation team received 9 additional application materials, and the relevant funding review process is in progress.

The 9 heroes who sacrificed themselves on the front line of the fight against the epidemic supported by the 10th batch are (in no particular order):

Li Wenliang, male, born in October 1985, was an attending physician in the Department of Ophthalmology of Wuhan Central Hospital in Hubei Province. Regardless of the risk of personal infection, Li Wenliang stuck to his front-line post and unfortunately contracted new crown pneumonia when he admitted a patient on January 6, 2020. During his hospitalization, Li Wenliang said that after recovering, he would be re-thrown into the fight against the epidemic, showing the excellent qualities of the doctor's benevolence, not afraid of danger, saving lives and helping the injured, and died in the line of duty on February 7 after ineffective rescue. After his death, Li Wenliang was posthumously awarded the titles of "Advanced Individual in the Prevention and Control of the New Crown Pneumonia Epidemic in the National Health System" and "May Fourth Medal for Chinese Youth", and was rated as a martyr.

Zhong Jinxing, male, born in July 1988, was the vice president of Lingfeng Town Health Center in Babu District, Hezhou City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. After the outbreak of the epidemic, Zhong Jinxing took the initiative to undertake the work of disinfection and disinfection of fever clinics and suspected cases with the greatest risk factor, and at the same time went down to the village to check the households, track and follow up the Hubei returnees to measure body temperature, publicize, disinfect, and allocate materials, send care meals to the front-line medical staff of the temperature monitoring point, and go deep into the enterprise to guide the resumption of work and production. On February 28, 2020, Zhong Jinxing died of overwork in the dormitory of the health center after more than 30 days and nights of fighting on the front line, and died in the line of duty.

Wu Guangxin, male, born in July 1971, was the director of the Wulou Village Committee of Malou Town, Taiqian County, Puyang City, Henan Province. Since the beginning of the New Year, Wu Guang has now come out early and returned late every day, entering households to publicize and inspect and inspect the epidemic prevention work of each bayonet. The village is in short supply of epidemic prevention and control materials, Wu Guang now takes the lead in donating money to buy masks, alcohol, etc., actively guiding the whole village to cancel all gathering activities, and advising the introduction of vehicles and pedestrians into the village not to enter the village for the time being. On February 5, 2020, Wu Guang, who suffered from hypertension and uneven heart rate, died of overwork and sudden acute myocardial infarction rescue.

Li Lei, male, born in November 1977, was the director of the Social Security Office of the Zhenggang Office of the Zhengzhou Airport Economic Comprehensive Experimental Zone in Henan Province. In the face of the sudden epidemic, Li Lei worked in the village, ate and lived in the unit, distributed more than 2,000 propaganda coloring pages, sorted out the work base of more than 3,600 villagers in the two transitional resettlement areas in the village, strengthened the control of entrance and exit personnel, and measured the temperature of hundreds of people entering and leaving every day on average. On February 5, 2020, Li Lei had a traffic accident on his way home from work and unfortunately passed away after ineffective rescue. On March 3, the Zhengzhou Federation of Trade Unions posthumously awarded Li Lei the "Zhengzhou May Day Labor Medal".

Chen Shen, male, born in December 1980, was a supervisor of the Biyang County Health Supervision Institute in Zhumadian City, Henan Province. At the beginning of the first month of the new month, Chen Shen worked overtime until late at night at the duty card point of the Shanghai-Shaanxi Expressway Biyang Station, testing an average of more than 200 vehicles and more than 700 registered personnel every day. On February 5, 2020, after the Shanghai-Shaanxi Expressway Biyang Station was temporarily closed, he asked Miao to work as a prevention and control officer at the county temporary medical observation point. On February 9, Chen Shen was found lying on the floor in front of his desk and unfortunately died after all-out rescue. On April 24, the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League and the All-China Youth Federation posthumously awarded Chen Shen the 24th "Chinese Youth May Fourth Medal".

Luo Weirong, male, born in October 1986, was a swat team member of the special police brigade of the Huicheng District Public Security Branch of Huizhou City, Guangdong Province. In the early stage of the epidemic prevention battle, Luo Weirong joined the youth commando team of the Huicheng District Public Security Sub-bureau, standing guard, patrolling prevention and control, card point epidemic prevention, and devoting himself to various prevention and control work. During the period of ensuring the resumption of school, Luo Weirong also did everything in front of the patrol and guard work around the school. On May 5, 2020, Luo Weirong suddenly felt heart discomfort on the way back from his mission and fainted on the seat, and unfortunately passed away after all-out rescue.

Hu Weifeng, male, born in July 1977, was the deputy chief physician of the Department of Urology of Wuhan Central Hospital in Hubei Province. In January 2020, Hu Weifeng contracted the new crown virus while consulting patients in the internal medicine ward, and after more than four months of treatment, the situation improved for a while. Hu Weifeng's face darkened due to drug treatment, and his condition has always attracted public attention and concern. On June 2, Hu Weifeng unfortunately passed away after all-out rescue was ineffective.

Fu Xiuqiang, male, born in June 1982, was a staff member of the comprehensive law enforcement brigade of the Transportation Bureau of Surabaya County, Jining City, Shandong Province. From January 25, 2020 to February 23, 2020, Fu Xiuqiang continuously participated in the frontline law enforcement inspection of prevention and control at the Alexandria epidemic prevention and control checkpoint in Quanlin Town, and returned home on duty after 24 hours of duty at the checkpoint on February 23. In the early morning of February 24, Fu Xiuqiang died of cardiac arrest due to overwork, and unfortunately died after ineffective rescue.

Yu Lian, female, born in May 1988, was an outpatient toll collector of the Hankou Branch of the Central Theater General Hospital of the People's Liberation Army of Chinese. Since the outbreak of the new crown pneumonia epidemic in Wuhan, Yu Lian has been sticking to her job, mainly responsible for outpatient registration and pricing, during which she registered a large number of fever patients, and unfortunately became infected in the fight against the epidemic. On January 25, 2020, Yu Lian died due to the ineffective treatment of critical illness.
