In the season of strong rice dumplings and wormwood fragrance, the "Spark Inheritance Reflecting the Era" China Photography Newspaper National Photography Rally Mianyang Beichuan Station activity was successfully held in Shijiao Qiangzhai, Beichuan Qiang Autonomous County, Sichuan Province. The activities of this site are sponsored by China Photography Newspaper, Mianyang Municipal Literary Association, Mianyang Photographers Association, supported by Sichuan Photographers Association, and organized by The People's Government of Qushan Town, Beichuan County, the County Literary Association, and the County Photographers Association.
On June 11, the event kicked off with a warm opening remark by the host. Lu Xianyi, winner of the China Photography Award, sat in the "Famous Lecture Hall" and brought a photography lecture "The Vision and Expression of Anthropological Photography". He shared with everyone the construction process, photographic techniques and visual presentation and expression of the feature photography, hoping that the photographer would study in depth, analyze the subject from the aspects of visual psychology and human culture, and shoot in a participatory and non-intervention manner. Under the arrangement of the organizers of the event, the photographer entered the Qiangzhai people's home and photographed the "intangible cultural heritage" projects such as Qiang embroidery, Qiang flute and mouth string, and deeply understood the cultural traditions, folk customs and unique geographical scenery of the Qiang people.

The more than 1,000 submissions received by this site fully show the local scenery of Beichuan, and a large number of images are from the hands of local photographers. Thanks to the active organization of the Mianyang Photography Association in recent years, advocating that members go deep into the grassroots, close to life, facing the masses, recording the times with the camera in their hands, and using pictures to help publicize rural revitalization, a number of excellent works with the atmosphere of life and keeping up with the times stand out.
From the picture, we can see the New Beichuan of Yuqiang culture and learn about the Qiang family's "intangible cultural heritage" projects such as Qiang embroidery, Qiang flute and mouth string. These pictures are like a window to show culture, presenting the thick history of Beichuan. Beichuan, whose ancient name is "Shiquan", is the birthplace of Dayu, the ancestor of China, and the only Qiang Autonomous County in the country. In 2009, Qiangnian was included by UNESCO in the first batch of the world's "List of Intangible Cultural Heritage in Need of Urgent Safeguarding".

Beichuan is an important ecological barrier in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River, with more than 91% of the annual air quality days, is a national key ecological function area, and is also the only national ecological civilization construction demonstration county in Mianyang City, with a national long-term scientific research base for the conservation and biology of endangered wild animals and plants in Minshan Mountain, as well as 21 boutique tourism routes such as "red tourism", "green tourism" and "blue tourism".
