Students who have seen Japan's Ōkawa drama or have a little understanding of Japanese history must have heard about the Sengoku period in Japan. So today we will introduce to you several "military generals and daimyōs" who were active in the Warring States period.
The Sengoku period of Japan generally refers to the history of the late Muromachi shogunate in Japan to the Azuchi Momoyama period. Originally from the twentieth article of the Koshu Dharma Order, which was first produced by takeshi Takeshi, the daimyō of the Kai Kingdom (present-day Ilsan Prefecture), it begins with the inscription "Above the Warring States of Heaven".
As a result of the loss of power of the shogunate due to the "Yingren Rebellion", military generals and daimyo rose throughout the country, and in order to expand their own lands, they began to wage wars in a "Lower Kagami". There is no clear time division between the Sengoku period, and most people believe that the 15th century and 16th centuries in Japan are the Warring States period. During the Warring States period, many Warring States warlords and daimyo who left their names in history were born. A "warrior general" is a figure who leads an army consisting of "foot tsuji" and samurai. On the other hand, the Warring States warlords who ruled more territories were called "Warring States Daimyō", which was not obviously different from the warlords. Oda Nobunaga, who was close to unifying the world, was known for his revolutionary wars that subverted common sense, and in the famous Battle of barrels, he defeated tens of thousands of opponents with thousands of widows.
In addition, the famous generals who did not accept defeat in the war, the "Uesugi Kenshin" known as the god of war, and the Oshu daimyo "Date Masamune", who had the nickname of one-eyed dragon, were all representatives of the Warring States warriors.
Let's follow the editor to "witness" their style

Oda Nobunaga
Born in Owari Kingdom (present-day Nagoya City, western Aichi Prefecture), a daimyō and a member of the "Three Masters of the Sengoku period" of Japan from the Sengoku period to the Azuchi-Momoyama period. He put forward the program of "Tenjin Bubu" and aimed at unifying all of Japan; he made the Oda clan the most powerful daimyō in the middle and late Sengoku period of Japan, and brought the warring states chaos to an end.
In June of the Tenshō decade (1582), on the eve of the reunification of the country, the "Honnōji Rebellion" was betrayed by his confidant Mitsuhide, and Nobunaga was ultimately unable to realize his ambitions himself. As the most representative figure of the Sengoku period, Nobunaga can be said to be a household name, with a series of film and television works, manga works, and game characters based on him.
1543 ~1616
Ieyasu Tokugawa
原名松平元康(まつだいら もとやす), young name bamboo 千代(たけちよ)。 The first shogun of the Edo period, he was one of the three masters of the Sengoku sengoku of Japan. He was born in Mikawa Okazaki Castle (now Okazaki City, Aichi Prefecture). Originally, Ieyasu was only a proton given to the Imagawa clan by his father Matsudaira Hirotada, but on the way was kidnapped by Oda to Owari Kingdom, where he was saved from dying as a hostage and remained in Owari Domain at the behest of his birth mother. Before the change of Honnoji Temple, he was one of the leaders of the six major armies under Nobunaga.
After Oda Nobunaga's death, Tokugawa Ieyasu was forced to submit to Toyotomi Hideyoshi. Soon after Toyotomi Hideyoshi's death, he defeated Toyotomi's loyal vassal Ishida Sansei in the Battle of Sekigahara and established hegemony. In 1603, he was made a shogun of the Shogunate in Edo. At the age of 74, Tokugawa Ieyasu died in Suruga Castle, becoming the god of the Edo shogunate, enshrined in Toshōgu Shrine in Japan, and was known to posterity as the "Tosho Shrine".

At the age of 19, he succeeded in replacing his brother in power in the Long Tail family. In 1550, the patriarch of the Uesugi family died of illness, and Kenshin became the de facto ruler of Echigo and changed his surname to "Uesugi". Uesugi Kenshin spent most of his time fighting with Takeda Shingen, and there were five joint wars between the two sides in 11 years, and Oda Nobunaga took this opportunity to develop. Uesugi's requirements for materialism were extremely low, he never married in his life, naturally had no children, and because of the infighting among his courtiers, he directly announced that he would shave his family and retire.
In the first month of the sixth year of Tenshō (1578), on March 9, before going to the Kanto Expedition, Uesugi Kenshin fainted while going to the toilet and never woke up until his death on March 13, at the age of 49. Because of his military achievements (70 battles in his lifetime, 43 victories, 2 defeats, 25 draws), he was also known as the god of war and the "dragon of Echigo".

In the fourth year of the Motokame (1573), he died in Shinano's Komaba at the age of 53.
According to Takeda Shingen's last words, three years of secrets will not be mourned. His military strategy and way of serving the government have left an influential mark on the history of Japan's Warring States. The military flag of the "Wind Forest Volcano" (its speed is like the wind, its Xu is like the forest, the invasion is like fire, and it is not moving like a mountain), which speaks of "Sun Tzu's Art of War" and has become a symbol of the Takeda Army. Oda Nobunaga commented that "if the flag of the Takeda family is moved, then Mt. Fuji will also be shaken; if the Takeda family's army is moved, then all of Japan will be shaken." It is known as the "Tiger of Kai". It is known as the "first general of the Warring States" and is also known as the "first warrior of the Warring States".
1537 ~1598
Hideyoshi Toyotomi
Formerly known as Kinoshita Fujiyoshiro and Hashiba Hideyoshi, he was one of the first of the Three Warring States masters to unify Japan under the title of "Tenjin" after the Muromachi shogunate. Toyotomi Hideyoshi was born into a poor peasant family in Aichi-gun, Owari Kingdom, and was originally a "foot pod", but rose to prominence by serving Oda Nobunaga. After the change of Honnoji Temple, he won the internal struggle among the Oda clan and became the substantial successor of Oda Nobunaga. Later, he served as the Minister of Taizheng and was given the surname Toyotomi. A new feudal system was established: the identity of the peasants, industrialists, and merchants was determined. Reward emerging industry and commerce and foster the development of the city.
In the sixteenth year of Tenshō (1588), he issued a sword hunting order, collected civilian weapons, and implemented the separation of soldiers and farmers, so that the samurai concentrated in the city.
