The drama tells the moving story of the Red Army's Long March, and presents the centenary of the Communist Party of China with the heart of a child and the meaning of awe.

In 2021, the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, the Sichuan Provincial Song and Dance Theater concentrated its superior strength, led by the national first-class director He Chuan, the original creative and starring team of the dance drama "Home" was reassembled, and the domestic first-class artists joined in to create a new dance drama "Hero", as a stage art boutique creation project celebrating the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Party, and a key support work for the "100 Years" creation plan, providing a shocking visual feast for the audience.

The play takes the participation of ordinary peasant stonemasons in the Red Army on the Long March as the main line, telling a story about countless heroes who paved the way with faith. In the story, there are stonemasons who use an iron hammer to break everything and forge everything, there are widows who have been bullied but slowly stood up in the escape; there are big brothers who regard the revolutionary cause above all else, there are also erwa who do not know how to go on the Long March to forge faith in the process; there are sisters who can't be girls in the unjust old society but have achieved their brother's heroic dreams, and there are also locust flowers who don't know what faith is but always stick to it... They are moving because of their ordinaryness, and they have become our heroes because of the long road of the Long March.

It is reported that the play will also be performed in Yibin on November 13.
