【1】 Winter melon stewed ribs
Ingredients: Pork ribs ¥10, winter melon ¥2
Directions: Blanch the ribs in water and cut the winter melon into chunks. Stir-fry shallots and ginger, sauté the pork ribs in oil (slightly browned can also be), cooking wine or a small amount of balsamic vinegar to remove the fishy taste, add water to simmer (if you want to be convenient and fast, you can also use a pressure cooker), add winter melon (yam, white radish, lotus chips are also available) to continue simmering, sprinkle with green onions (garlic flowers are also available), white pepper, drizzle with a small amount of sesame oil. To look good and nutritious, goji berries can also be added.

【2】 Stir-fried vegetarian chicken with green pepper
Ingredients: Vegetarian chicken ¥2, green pepper ¥1
Directions: Slice the vegetarian chicken and cut the green pepper into sections. Heat a pan of cold oil and sauté the green onions until fragrant. Stir-fry the green peppers until fragrant, add the vegetarian chicken and sprinkle salt to continue stir-frying, add a small amount of water and simmer for a while. Drizzle with oyster sauce or soy sauce and stir-fry out of the pan.
【3】 Stir-fried shiitake mushrooms with green vegetables
Ingredients: Small green vegetables ¥2, shiitake mushrooms ¥3
Directions: Cut the green vegetables into sections and slice the shiitake mushrooms. Heat the pan with cold oil and sauté the shallots and garlic until fragrant. Sauté the mushrooms in a pot, add water to an appropriate amount and simmer for a while. Add the green vegetables, drizzle with oyster sauce, soy sauce, salt, sugar and vinegar to taste, stir-fry out of the pan. You can also add drizzle with drizzle with drizzle corn starch water.
【4】 Stir-fried clams with green peppers
Ingredients: Clams ¥6, Green Pepper ¥1
Directions: After the clams are cleared of sand, add green onion and ginger to the brine and boil the opening, pick out the meat and set aside. Cut the green pepper into sections. 【5】 Garlic and cold mix eggplant
Ingredients: Eggplant ¥3
Directions: Cut the eggplant into strips and steam in a pan. Add oyster sauce, soy sauce and minced garlic and stir.
【6】 Sauerkraut dried vermicelli soup
Ingredients: Dried sauerkraut, vermicelli ¥1
Directions: Soak the dried sauerkraut in warm water, soak the vermicelli and set aside, and cut the green onion and leeks into sections. Heat a pan of cold oil and sauté the green onions until fragrant. Stir-fry the soaked sauerkraut in dry drainage water, add water (water for pickled sauerkraut is also added), salt, vermicelli, bring to a boil over high heat, and sprinkle leeks into segments.
Dried sauerkraut is our family's own specialty, almost nothing on the market, cooked for small greens, put into the tile (pottery) tank while hot, covered with a quilt fermented until acidic, fished out and dried and cut into sections for storage. Usually, it is mainly used to make soup dishes, such as sauerkraut egg soup, sauerkraut vermicelli soup, sauerkraut bean watercress soup, and sauerkraut tofu soup. The sour aroma is refreshing and very appetizing.
