Zhuzhou, February 13 (Correspondent Liu Wen) In order to make the management of the smart bookstore cultural volunteer team more standardized and refined, the first meeting of the smart bookstore cultural volunteers was held on February 11 at the volunteer home on the second floor of the Zhuzhou City Library in Hunan Province.

At the meeting, Director Ye Menglong of Zhuzhou Municipal Library introduced the work goals and work ideas of the smart book house cultural volunteer team in 2017, and the cultural volunteers put forward many ideas, suggestions and innovative ideas on how to improve the popularity of the smart book house cultural volunteer team and build a first-class volunteer team.

The meeting decided that the volunteer work was divided into four groups (clerical group, information group, activity group, technical group), and determined the person in charge of each group, through this meeting to strengthen the understanding between volunteers and the spirit of unity and cooperation, laying a solid foundation for future work, attracting more people to enter the library, into the smart bookstore, so that more citizens can truly enjoy this cultural feast.
