Wang Yihan is a student of the animal husbandry and veterinary class of Baojing Vocational Secondary School, with strong professional ability, but sometimes it seems very impetuous, in order to help him develop a stable, precise and resolute quality, Bai Xuzhen uses his spare time every day to accompany him to practice suture operations, from knotting to suturing, from handheld instrument demonstration to physical dissection operations, little by little, step by step with students to progress, often staying up until 10 o'clock at night. After nearly three months of intensive training by Bai Xuzhen, Wang Yihan won the third prize of the provincial competition.

In recent years, among the students led by Bai Xuzhen, Tian Aimin has won the second prize of the National Secondary Vocational Student Civilization Style, and Zhang Lei, Yang Ke, Wang Yihan and others have won the third prize of the Hunan Provincial Skills Competition.
