This year, the 100th anniversary of the establishment of kunqu opera institute, May 18 is also the 20th anniversary of Kunqu opera's successful "application for heritage", in order to celebrate, Shanghai Kunqu Opera Troupe with the theme of "Ni Pei Yayun Lan Ting Fangfei" arranged a four-day exhibition. Last night, a theme party full of famous artists and horns became the climax of this series of activities.
The opening scene is a collection of martial arts dramas, and the Shanghai Kunqu Opera Troupe Changgu Haohao appears as Bai Suzhen. In the dressing room, she asked the makeup artist to tie her head a little tighter and said, "I've been running for five and still tossing and turning." 20 years ago, it was also here that Gu Haohao staged a solo performance as a young Kunqu opera actor.

"I still feel excited when I think back to that performance 20 years ago," Gu said.
In August 1921, the Kunqu Opera Institute was established in Suzhou, and a century-old legend began; on May 18, 2001, also at the Yifu Stage, the news that Kunqu opera was selected into the first batch of representative lists of the Oral and Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity was officially announced. The inheritance and development of Kunqu opera has thus entered a new stage.
For 81-year-old Zhang Xunpeng, Kunqu opera is the taste of Yimin toffee. In 1954, at the age of 13, she entered the Kunqu opera class of the Shanghai Opera School and was fortunate to receive the true biography of the teachers of the Chuanzi generation. Teachers not only teach each other in art, but also take care of them in life. Sometimes, girls are spoiled, refuse to practice well, and ask the teacher to buy candy to eat, and Teacher Zhu Chuanming braves the heavy rain to buy toffee candy from Nanjing Road and secretly brings it to them. To this day, every time Zhang Xunpeng sings Kunqu opera, he still thinks of the sweetness brought by the toffee.
"Teachers always say that they have spent too many years and Kunqu opera has experienced too much suffering. They must pass on the best and most beautiful Kunqu opera to us," Zhang said.
Kunqu opera, with a long history, has been seeking innovation over the years. Not long ago, the 8K Kunqu opera movie "Handan Dream" has just been completed. This is a full-life Kunqu opera film, which is a new experience for all performers. The 79-year-old Ji Zhenhua played the leading role in the film. "At that moment, I felt like Lu Sheng in the play — like a dream. However, Lu Sheng's dream was an illusory dream, and I was really a dream come true. Ji Zhenhua said.

On the occasion of celebrating the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, the Shanghai Kunqu Opera Troupe is intensively rehearsing the red classic "Since The Descendants". Zhang Jingxian, Wu Shuang and Luo Chenxue took to the stage to perform one of the clips. The combination of the three generations of the old, middle and young also conveys the meaning of Kunqu opera inheriting "having its own descendants".

This day is the "big day" of Kunqu opera, and people in the literary and art circles such as Shi Yihong and Pu Cunxin have come to congratulate him.
At the end of the show, Tao Muxin, who is less than 8 years old, sings "Peony Pavilion And Garden" in the center of the stage. In the childish sound of babbling, all the actors took the stage to close the curtain. The ancient Kunqu opera is getting younger and younger, and its beauty is also being understood by more and more people. Kunqu opera, which has a history of more than 600 years, is still young and has successors.
