Human life is like the four seasons of nature: spring, summer, autumn harvest, winter Hiding.
Spring has a hundred flowers, autumn has a moon, summer has a cool breeze, winter has snow!
Moreover, each age stage of life also corresponds to a different state of mind.
Most people have "three seasons" in life: juvenile madness, middle-aged worry, and old age.

<h1 class="pgc-h-arrow-right" data-track="6" > first: young and crazy;</h1>
As the saying goes, "newborn calves are not afraid of tigers", young people are proud, dare to fight, and are active and enterprising, which is very normal.
Li Bai's poems, "Laughing up to the sky and going out, my generation is a basil person", "I am born to be useful, and I will come back when all the gold is gone", which vividly depicts the young people's frivolous psychology.
Young people, like the sun at eight or nine o'clock in the morning, are the successors of future careers, and should be positive and optimistic, full of vitality. The so-called is: the youth is strong, then the country is strong!
However, young people also have fatal flaws: impetuous, brave and lacking wisdom, so they often run into walls and can only grow and progress in eating a long and wise one.
As Zeng Guofan said when summing up his life: My life has grown up all in the time of frustration and humiliation.
<h1 class="pgc-h-arrow-right" data-track="12" > second: middle-aged sorrow</h1>
Some people, young, should be carefree, happy and happy to live. But pretend to be deep and pretend to be "sentimental".
When they enter middle age and the pressure of life is really pressed on their bodies, they realize what is called "real sorrow", and feel that their previous behavior is all pretentious.
As Xin wrote in his poem:
The teenager does not know the taste of sorrow and loves to go upstairs. Fall in love with the upper floor, and worry about giving new words.
And now I know all the sorrows, and I want to say goodbye. I wanted to say that I would like to rest, but I said that it was a cool autumn.
Confucius said that "forty is not confused", in fact, middle-aged people in their thirties and forties have the most confusion in their hearts, because they have to spend a lot of time and energy to reconcile the gap between ideals and reality.
Once they are overdrawn, they also have to worry about "tomorrow and which one will come first" or accident.
Du Fu is 11 years younger than Li Bai, and most of his poems are portrayals of real helpless life, full of the bitterness and sorrow of middle-aged people.
He said:
Boundless falling wood, the Endless Yangtze River rolling in.
Wanli Is often a guest in the autumn and has been sick for more than a hundred years.
People often say that "when people reach middle age, they should do more subtraction in life", in fact, Taoist thought also says this: for the sake of learning more and more, for the Sake of The Tao.
When we have a lot of confusion in real life, and our own wisdom is insufficient, we can learn more Taoist thought, increase wisdom, save our minds and understand the Tao, and be more comfortable in doing things.
<h1 class="pgc-h-arrow-right" data-track="26" > third: daguan in later years</h1>
In the old age, the heart of the cause is not so strong, many practical contradictions no longer exist, and their own needs for materials and fame and fortune are also indifferent, so they are more able to look at the bearish and look down, and do not like things and do not grieve with themselves.
As Zeng Guofan wrote in his later family letter:
Riches and nobles are all glorious in the world, but the chest is really used!
Elderly people, peace of mind is the key, remember the great joy and great sorrow, do not be too optimistic, do not be too pessimistic, just to reach the view can be healthy, prolong life, blessings.
In old age, people will be more open-minded and optimistic about seeing the world:
1. There is no immutable gentleman in the world, and there is no immutable villain.
2, is not success or failure to turn the head empty. How many things in ancient and modern times are in the process of laughter.
3, everything is a dream at the end, rest.
4, life is like a dream, a statue of Jiang Yue.
<h1 class="pgc-h-arrow-right" data-track="36" > Conclusion:</h1>
When you are a teenager, you should be positive and optimistic, and you should work hard to learn more About Confucianism;
When people reach middle age, the confusion in their hearts is increasing, and they can learn some Taoist thought to guide themselves to do things better.
Entering the old age, together to look at the bearish and look down, you may wish to learn some Buddhist thought, see people and things more up-to-date, transcendent, and then prolong life.

At the same time, there are three doses of the prescription:
