As for the sub-categories subdivided in these six categories, experts subdivide them through equipment in the laboratory when studying wild mushroom species. In addition to color division, the texture can also be recognized by the naked eye. In particular, the Huang Lai head familiar to Kunming people, also called yellow beef liver, its hat is not as smooth as the hat of other mushrooms, but a little grinding; there is also a delicious beef liver, its rod is mesh-shaped, not smooth, and the hardness is not as hard as other porcini mushrooms. In these six categories of porcini mushrooms, if divided according to the level of aroma and taste, the first place is the red beef liver, that is, the hand is green, the black beef liver ranks second, and the third place is the white beef liver. Yellow beef liver, purple beef liver and delicious beef liver are on par. In terms of price, it is also the most expensive Red Bull liver, about 70 to 200 pieces per kilogram. Black beef liver and yellow beef liver cost about 70 to 130 pieces per kilogram. White beef liver and purple beef liver can be bought within 100 pieces per kilogram. Delicious beef liver is the cheapest, at about 30 to 50 pieces per kilogram.
