In 2005, Wang Xinmin founded the Lingwu Xingtong Vocational Skills Training School, which initially mainly carried out computer training for laid-off workers, and with the expansion of business, the school shifted the focus of training to the skills training of the disabled, helping the disabled to learn a skill and achieve employment income.
