"Tell us about your original intentions"

This is a propositional essay, my friend Teacher Sun Qingshi wanted me to create a drama about the purple sand pot, and then I thought, how to express the purple sand pot, and then be liked by this audience.

It would be better to combine him with some famous people. One of the heroes I personally value most is Huang Feihong. So I put the purple sand pot and Huang Feihong together.

Then how can the theme of the performance be both around the word purple clay pot and not too boring?

A purple clay pot with a list of revolutionaries was engraved in it, and this purple sand pot put Huang Feihong in an extremely dangerous and embarrassing situation. Hence the story.

How is it different from previous works of art? ”

The biggest difference between Huang Feihong and other Huang Feihong in this drama is that I don't want to write a chivalrous, tall and complete Huang Feihong, I want to use my own comedy techniques to shape him.

The setting of the comedic characters is similar to locking an elephant in a porcelain shop, so it is a state of comedy. Because when the elephant lives in nature, it moves at will, and the porcelain shop is OK, but when you put these two things together, it immediately produces a huge comedic and dramatic effect, because as soon as the elephant moves, it is sparse. This is the embarrassment of the elephant, and Huang Feihong is also such an embarrassing and dangerous state.

Huang Feihong wanted to keep this purple sand pot, resulting in all his living conditions being reversed, and he had to "turn against each other" with his wife and "whisper" with his apprentice. Including telling Naran Yuanshu, the Grand Master of the Admiralty, from a state of mutual admiration to a state of secretly having to treat each other as enemies, these are all theatrical settings for putting elephants into the porcelain shop.

Huang Feihong's role I also deliberately set up as a afraid wife, but also with some similar to Wei Xiaobao's silky temperament. I am equivalent to combining Huang Feihong and Wei Xiaobao, Jet Li and Zhou Xingchi.

Is there any reference significance? ”

The theme of my story is bad money driving out good money. Under an evil system, good people, or good generals, are often expelled and eliminated because of these worse opponents.

Now that the youth have read this story, I expect to reflect on it. You have to choose, first of all, you try not to choose those evil systems, so as not to be expelled from such a good currency; second, when you have to survive under such an evil system, you must have your own conscience and moral conduct.

What was the biggest difficulty I've ever encountered?"

The difficulty of creation is actually like this, my previous two drama works are based on the film script, but this time from the first word is a drama, to strictly follow the trinity, no editing, there will be no huge jump in time, scene arrangement, etc. These are very fixed. I had to invoke all my writing skills to make the scene less dull, to try to pick up and turn as much as possible, and to arrange a relatively fierce conflict in each scene.

"Compared to serious and profound drama

What is the point of the existence of comedy? ”

Compared to comedy and serious drama or tragedy, I don't think there's any difference.

For example, the high degree of combination of comedy and tragedy presented by many of Stephen Chow's comedies is a very, very rare artistic state, and I think that the vast majority of so-called tragic works, even some high-rated tragedies, I think they cannot reach the height of Stephen Chow's film art. So I insist that good comedy and good tragedy are the same, and there is no essential difference.

Good comedy must be like this, you think it through according to the logic of normal drama, this is the general serious drama, or tragedy, but the state of comedy should be that you fully explain this matter according to the positive logic, and then think backwards, and then narrate this event clearly, so that it is smart. It seems to me that this is more difficult than a serious tragedy, in other words, you have to have not only very clever logic, but you have to be counter-logical.

In Baozhilin, Foshan, Guangdong, Huang Feihong is being punished to kneel by his savage girlfriend Thirteenth Aunt who has returned from staying in England.
