Since the beginning of this year, in order to further improve the service efficiency of the 3 village-level convenience service centers in the jurisdiction, meet the business needs of the masses, and effectively achieve "nearby can be done, more points can be done, less running fast", and constantly innovate convenient service measures, so that convenience services are truly convenient, efficient and fast, and create a "15-minute government service circle".
The village-level convenience service center in the jurisdiction of Zhongding Township can handle 135 sinking businesses such as medical insurance registration and funeral subsidy application, and once needed to go to the county town, township to run several places to handle the business, now in the village can do "online, nearby, one thing at a time", truly realize "do not leave the village", so that the people have been really facilitated, and now the service center has become the most popular place in the village.
In order to do a good job in convenient services, Zhongding Township vigorously promotes the construction of village-level convenience service centers, allocates full-time personnel, implements the post responsibility system, improves the ability to do things for the people, implements "one-window acceptance, one-time notification, one-stop service, and one-stop completion", and all service items are accepted and handled at the window in accordance with the requirements, and completed within the promised time limit, so as to ensure that the masses handle the matters that need to be handled in the shortest possible time.
At the same time, each village has set up a box of mass appeals and opinions, and announced supervision telephones to the masses, regularly collecting the opinions and demands of the masses to ensure that the "last kilometer" of serving the people is opened. Since the beginning of this year, the three village-level convenience service centers in the township have received more than 1,000 people (times), accepted 1,200 mass consultations, and handled 235 matters.
