Liu Tianni, chairman of Haotian Finance Group (01260), and his spouse transferred 65.13% of the company's equity to the family trust

Haotian Finance Group (01260) announced that on October 22, 2021, the Company was notified by Liu Tianni that Liu Tianni and his spouse had transferred a total of 750 million shares of their indirect interests to the family trust for the purpose of their family wealth and inheritance planning, equivalent to about 65.13% of the total issued share capital of the company.

The beneficiaries of the family trust include, among other things, Liu Tianni (chairman, chief executive officer and executive director of the company), his spouse and their close relatives. TMF (Cayman) Ltd. is the trustee of the family trust.

Immediately following the transfer, the Family Trust and Sapphire Star Group Limited will hold 750 million shares through Sapphire Star Investments Limited, representing approximately 65.13% of the Company's total issued share capital.
