After the disaster occurred, cadres at the third level of the town and village groups actively threw themselves into the work of flood prevention and disaster reduction, set up a leading group for flood prevention and disaster reduction in Yongzheng Town, set up four working groups for the investigation of hidden dangers, the relocation of households involved in danger, logistical support, and the handling of disaster situations, established a system of people keeping an eye on people at the section level cadres and general cadres, and made overall plans to promote the work of flood prevention and disaster reduction in the whole town, so as to achieve "three mornings and three positives", accurate flood prevention and disaster reduction measures in the whole town, and orderly handling of disasters.

Actively reserve flood prevention materials, set up tents in advance, purchase daily necessities, and set up temporary resettlement sites.
