The local enterprise named Yiwu Meijiu Technology Co., Ltd., was established in August 2019, and its external services include technology development, technical consultation, import and export of goods, online advertising on computer networks, and Internet sales (except for the sale of goods that require licenses), and the sale of special equipment for the processing of agricultural and sideline products. In January 2021, the enterprise independently applied for the registration of trademarks with the cultural celebrity Feng Xuefeng (registration number: 53141311, 53141341 and 59277174, issuing authority: State Intellectual Property Office), with an international classification of 33 types of liquor and 35 types of advertising sales (the former was not finally registered), the registration date is September 7, 2021, and the validity period is September 6, 2031. A few days ago, they also released a Douyin video marked with a trademark registration certificate to the public and the public.
"How can the names of Yiwu cultural celebrities be used to register trademarks, is this not a bad faith trademark squatting, and does it violate the relevant provisions of the Trademark Law?"
