He is an upright person, taking into account the overall situation, never picking and choosing in his work, working hard and complaining, taking root in rural education for twenty years, serving as a class teacher for more than thirteen consecutive years, always fighting in the front line of education and teaching work, and making extraordinary achievements in ordinary posts.

First, lead by example and be a leader in student growth

Teacher Zhang Shijie pays great attention to improving his self-cultivation, leading by example everywhere and being an example for students; what he asks students to do, first of all, he must first do it. Ask students to love environmental hygiene, he just needs to see the confetti to pick up; ask students to arrive at school on time, he insists on arriving at school early; requires students to take learning seriously, he strives to teach seriously, do things, every homework is fully approved and corrected, often with the class on duty last to leave school... He uses his serious and rigorous style to subtly influence the students he educates.  

Second, care for students, be a confidant in student life

As a class teacher, he poured out boundless enthusiasm and love for his clients, respected them and treated them with sincerity. In September 2018, due to the renovation and demolition of the district, a large number of students flowed out with their parents, the school's student source decreased sharply, and the school temporarily decided to merge the second grade from two classes into one class. The first time the class was joined, the task was tight and heavy, and it was the trust of the school leaders to let Teacher Zhang take this class. Teacher Zhang was ordered to face the difficulties. After the class, some students' learning habits are not good, and the classroom discipline is loose. In the face of these students, he did not get angry or complain, but calmed down and patiently looked for a breakthrough in the work. After careful observation and calm thinking, he found a breakthrough, that is, sincerity, for this reason, he took the classroom as the position, an appreciative look, an encouraging smile, a heartfelt comment, nourished the young heart of each student, and strived to let students fall in love with their new class teacher first, so as to obtain the greatest effect of education. In order to get the class on the right track as soon as possible, he paid attention to the dynamics of each student in the class, deeply understood the students, cared about the children's thoughts and psychological changes, and over time, he naturally became the children's close friends; he used the rest time to visit almost all the students with difficulties. It was Mr. Zhang's dedication that finally made the two classes more successfully integrated into a class collective, and after one semester, the students had made great progress, the work of the class was carried out in an orderly manner, and the parents also eliminated their worries.

Third, be creative and be a different class teacher

Teacher Zhang believes that the formation of a positive class collective is inseparable from the important role of small cadres. Therefore, it is important to cultivate effective small cadres. To this end, he created a mechanism for the selection of class cadres who are competitively hired: students select students who have strong abilities in all aspects, care about the collective, and have a strong sense of responsibility as class cadres. He then taught them the methods of work hand in hand, not blaming them for their initial lack of experience, but patiently giving specific guidance. It is necessary to set strict demands on small cadres and to establish prestige. With good cadres, we can comprehensively grasp the work of the class. Most of the contemporary students are only children, and they are often in a "central position" in the family, resulting in their lack of responsibility when they encounter things that only seek their own suitability, rarely consider others and the collective. In view of this situation, a "cadre mechanism for the internship class" has been established, for example, the class leader and the internship class leader are managed by the class leader for the first three weeks of each month, and the last week is managed by the internship class leader. In this way, each class cadre has a sense of crisis, often reflects on their own problems, and has the psychology that I want to do my job well, and the enthusiasm of each class cadre is very high, although it is necessary to spend a lot of time dealing with class affairs every week, but no class cadre has ever forgotten his work. A parent once said with emotion that his child often talked to him about his management plan, and the head was the Tao, which made him instantly feel that his child had grown up and was very grateful for the teacher's training.  

Fourth, pay attention to innovation, and be an advocate of class activities

No matter what kind of work he does, Teacher Zhang does not stick to the stereotype. In order to meet the requirements of quality education, Teacher Zhang actively carried out reforms in his work, had the courage to innovate, and did a good job in class management. He not only demanded that he have good ideological and political qualities and professional skills, but also made special efforts on the word "innovation." Working in this position made him realize that activities are the life of class management, and it is the natural duty of the class teacher to lead children to carry out colorful and educational activities. Combined with the work arrangement of the moral education department of the school, he organized the students in the class to carry out activities such as calligraphy, reading aloud, and learning Lei Feng to promote positive energy, which stimulated the students' enthusiasm for learning. In addition, he attaches great importance to organizing students to participate in various activities and competitions carried out by the school, and the students have also invested great enthusiasm and actively participated in the activities, and achieved good results in the activities.

Fifth, cultivate the heart with the heart, and be a practitioner of helping the difficult and the needy

Being a class teacher is a unique life experience, especially when Teacher Zhang feels that the students have made little progress, he truly appreciates the value and significance of being a class teacher.

Each class has special students, especially those who are in difficulty. In the eyes of some people, the students seem to be "useless". In fact, even if they make mistakes and do some bad things, they can find positive factors. Teacher Zhang found from the extreme performance of these children that this is exactly the performance they expect trust and respect, care and warmth. He tried to eliminate confrontation and antagonism, and warmed the hearts that were seriously hurt with his heart. He strives to find the "shining point" on special students, and uses the spirit of "gold panning in the sand" to discover, excavate, and carefully support it to carry it forward. Teacher Zhang respected them, talked with them alone, let him clarify the goal of learning; patiently guided in learning, enthusiastically cared for them in life, often talked with them, understood the state of thought, seized the opportunity, tried to praise them as much as possible, encouraged them more, gave them more opportunities to correct their mistakes, established self-confidence, made them feel help from all sides, corrected their learning habits, became interested in learning, and made significant progress in their academic performance. Slowly, these special students often put smiles on their faces and become cheerful. 

Nowadays, Mr. Zhang Shijie's teaching ability has improved rapidly, and he has a set of his own class management system. From 2013 to 2017, his class was awarded the title of "Excellent Class Teacher" ("Excellent Counselor") of Xin'an Road Primary School for five consecutive years. As a class teacher, Mr. Zhang always firmly believes in the teaching creed of "learning to be a teacher, being a model", and on the road of class management, he is an object of our learning and worth learning.
