Hu Yan, who is about to enter the year of confusion, is an ordinary female teacher in Hanyin County Experimental Primary School, and the unique cultural heritage of Sanshen's hometown nourishes her simple, thick, and enterprising qualities, which makes her always abstain from self-denial, hard work, and dedication to her post in the spring and autumn of more than twenty years of engaging in educational work. With her full of love, she has cultivated batches of the most beautiful flowers.

Since graduating from Ankang Normal School in 1998, Teacher Hu Yan has stepped onto the "three-foot podium" of Longya Primary School in Hanyin Mountain. Longya Primary School is seven kilometers away from Hanyin City, at that time, rural schools were seriously short of teachers, the conditions were also very difficult, but in the face of a childish face, looking at the pair of eyes hungry for knowledge, she was determined to be a good teacher who watered seedlings with her heart and nourished the children in mountain villages with love.
In her first year, she took the initiative to take on the second grade (72 students in the class) and the class teacher. At work, she learned that many children because of the long distance from the morning to school has been hungry until the afternoon after school to go back to eat, she let the children bring food from home, at noon can not take care of their own meals to give the children hot meals, some children are too poor, she uses her own meager salary to buy food for children; children are sick, take their children to see a doctor; run more than a dozen miles of mountain roads to visit home, encounter too poor, always take several times higher to buy the children's own vegetables, some children always mistakenly call her "mother".
Two years ago, she met a student who had taught at Longya Primary School, and the child gratefully told Teacher Hu that I had been determined to enter the university since the second grade, because it was you who inspired me and sowed an ideal seed for me, and now that I have finally succeeded, it is you who have changed me. At that time, the problem of school draft water could not be solved, Teacher Hu had to take students to the well hundreds of meters away from the school every day to carry water, there was no protective measure at the well, and if he was not careful, he would fall into the well, so every time Teacher Hu personally drew water from the well and put the danger behind him. The water from the well is often polluted by the farmland next door, but if it is not used, the rice will not be eaten in the mouth. Teacher Hu is in such a difficult environment, a work is more than ten years.
<h1 align="center" > seriously ill can not be "in the line of fire"</h1>
She has been teaching for 23 years, working as a class teacher for 18 years, and has sent away 12 graduating classes. In the nearly ten years of teaching at the Experimental Primary School, she has served as a class teacher and a mathematics subject teacher almost every year, and every year she has led a class with the highest math scores.
Experimental Primary School is a new school in the urban-rural area, in the fall of 2010, Hu Yan served as the first class teacher of the sixth grade and mathematics teaching. The class had mixed grades from all over the world, but she knew that the quality of teaching was the foundation of a new school. In order to improve her teaching performance, she spends a lot of time in her spare time to study teaching materials, study teaching materials, and thoroughly understand teaching materials; And as soon as possible to get familiar with the students, familiar with their learning level, familiar with their personality characteristics. And she pays special attention to the cultivation of the good class style and the good behavior habits of the students, especially for the latecomers and special students.
Among her many students was a child named Nie Shaoxin, who was older than students of the same age, poor in study, and a single-parent family, and his mother was too busy with life to take care of him, which caused this child to be very rebellious and disgusted with learning. Seeing this situation, she often talked to him, communicated with his mother, and found opportunities for their mother and son to communicate face to face, eliminating the gap between their mother and son. In learning, Teacher Hu Yan started from the most basic to make up for him, during this period Nie Shaoxin's performance in all aspects was good and bad, but Teacher Hu Yan always patiently solved various problems and tried to face the child with a smile every time. Even if Nie Shaoxin made a mistake and took the exam to the bottom of the class, Teacher Hu always affirmed his progress in the class. Slowly, the child opened his heart and accepted Teacher Hu, and he was willing to work hard in learning, and became filial and diligent at home. Later, after graduating from elementary school, she was always the first to tell her that she always enlightened this child as a friend and solved problems for him, and now this child has entered the workplace.
In 2012, Teacher Hu was hospitalized for surgery due to a sudden illness, lying on the bed, she always thought about the students, the day after the stitches were removed, she insisted on going to school despite the pain of the wound and the dissuasion of her family, standing on the school, sitting on the top, the whole school teachers and students were touched by her strong perseverance and enthusiasm for work. With the joint efforts of her and her students, the average score of mathematics in the 54-person class she led in that year reached 98 points in the county's "two-in-one" primary school quality test, and 18 students got full scores, with a minimum score of 91.5 points, writing a new record for the "two-in-one" test score of the sixth grade mathematics of the primary school of the Hanyin County Education and Sports System.
<h1 align="center" > water the most beautiful flowers with love</h1>
Love is the foundation of education, and only the flowers that are watered with love will blossom into the most beautiful flowers. In the work, Teacher Hu walked into the children and cared for them thoughtfully, so that they really felt that the teacher loved them and cared about them. The students trusted her and liked her, so all aspects of Teacher Hu's work could be carried out smoothly. There are many left-behind children in schools, and some children even live in rented houses by themselves, and they are very lonely physically and mentally.
In 2014, there was a child named Luo Yin in the class led by Mr. Hu, whose parents worked outside the home for many years, and he also took a little sister to live in a rented house in the Xitou Vegetable Market in Hanyin County. After receiving this class, after learning about this situation, Teacher Hu Hu immediately went to Luo Yin's house to see, found that the house was dirty and messy, the smell was bad, the bed was made with a bed of cotton wool, a bed of quilts, and the two children ate for a long time at the street snack bar to eat, seeing this situation Teacher Hu was both angry and distressed. The next day happened to be a Sunday, she organized a few students closer to his home to help Luo Yin clean up, after that she often went to his house to see, sometimes to help the children sew and wash, sometimes the family made delicious food to send a little to the child.
Under the influence of Teacher Hu, the students in the class not only care about Luo Yin in life, but also often help him in his studies. During this period, Mr. Hu also often contacted his parents by phone to tell the child's progress and tell the child that he needed more parental love. Under the advice of Teacher Hu, Luo Yin's parents returned home the following year and took good care of the children. In this way, under the inspiration of love and driven by the collective progress of the class, Luo Yin's academic performance has improved by leaps and bounds, and he has achieved a good score of more than 90 points in the primary school to junior high school examination.
Among the many students brought by Mr. Hu is a child named Wen Bo, whose mother died early and who has a grandfather in his 70s. The father was physically disabled and unable to raise two children, and his aunt resolutely took on this responsibility and brought the two children to her home to raise, but because her family's working income was also very low, there were also two children in the family, life was very difficult, lack of food and clothing. After learning of the situation, Teacher Hu immediately contacted the school to win poverty subsidies for Wenbo, found old clothes for the children, sometimes bought some new clothes, bought school supplies, and took them to play and eat at home during the New Year's Festival. Later, even after Wen Bo entered junior high school, Teacher Hu Yan still silently helped them.

As a people's teacher, Teacher Hu Yan always sets strict demands on herself and never forgets her own learning. In her spare time, she conscientiously studied educational masterpieces, enriched educational theories, updated teaching concepts with advanced educational ideas, and improved teaching methods. As the leader of the teaching and research team, she is leading the demonstration to the whole group of teachers, open classes, teaching seminars, project research, where there is her figure, she is a veritable "subject leader". Through her own continuous efforts, she has been awarded the honorary title of "Excellent Teacher" by the county government three times, the title of "County-level Teaching Expert" in 2016, and the "Strategy and Research on Gratitude Education for Sixth Grade Students" declared in 2015.
