Huang Quan (黄權), courtesy name Gongheng ,Liu Bei's important adviser and military general, was a county official in his youth, and was later summoned by Liu Zhang, the governor of the prefecture, to be the chief minister. He advised Liu Zhang not to greet Liu Bei, so he was released as the governor of Guanghan County. Liu Zhang was defeated, and only then did he surrender Liu Bei and was worshiped as a partial general. Jianji took Hanzhong and worshiped the army. Liu Bei was the King of Hanzhong, still leading the Yizhou Pastor and engaging in Huang Quan as the ruler. And Liu Bei claimed the title of emperor, and huang quan advised Wu but did not accept it. With him as the general of Zhenbei, he supervised the Northern Jiang Army to prevent the Wei division from attacking. Liu Beifa defeated Wu, and the way back was isolated, Huang Quan could not return, and in desperation, he led his troops to surrender to Wei.
