Wurong Park is located on the north bank of Xixi in Nan'an City, with a total length of 6.2 kilometers, integrating landscape, ecology, culture, entertainment and fitness, and is an important activity place for Nan'an citizens.
According to the survey, the internal supporting facilities of Wurong Park are not perfect, and some sites and green vegetation are damaged and missing.
In order to further enhance the landscape of Wurong Park and improve the supporting and safety facilities of the park, the Nan'an City Administration Bureau took the creation of a national garden city as the starting point and included the transformation of Wurong Park in the "short board" construction project.
It is reported that the transformation of Wurong Park is mainly three parts, and the planned construction investment is 7.5 million yuan.
Part I: Reshaping the landscape space of Wurong Park
Landscape space remodeling includes: recreational beach transformation, supplementing existing beach and beach protection measures, and increasing landscape sketches. Renovation of understory space, partially empty understory space will increase the whole stone paving, increase the whole stone bench, and increase the tree pool seats in the tree array square to provide rest facilities. Children's activity space transformation, on the basis of the original sand pit landscape, add children's play equipment to create a jungle adventure park.
Part II Renovation of Plant SpecialTy Gardens
Enhance the construction of sightseeing nurseries and sightseeing orchards in Wurong Park, comb the plant space, improve the identification system, and add fishing platforms to the under-forest space to provide more leisure and entertainment projects.
Part III: Plant Landscape Restoration
Supplement the green vegetation, and choose varieties that are suitable for the environment, have ornamental value and are shade-tolerant. Plants such as dragon boat flowers, flower leaves cold water flowers, goosefoot firewood, water ghost bananas, kidney ferns and other plants make the whole garden full of vitality.
It is reported that Wurong Park implemented a phased and sub-regional enclosure construction at the end of September, with a construction period of about 80 days. In order to ensure the personal safety of the general public and tourists, during the construction period, the Garden Management Office will strictly supervise the construction unit to implement relevant safety measures such as construction enclosure and on-site vigilance signs.
