Day 1
Today is the day of our mountain festival activities, on this day at 2:30 pm we will witness the opening ceremony of the first Meili Snow Mountain Rain Collapse Mountain Festival in Lijiang, and stay in the hotel arranged by the organizing committee in the evening.
Day 2: Lijiang Ancient City - Yangtze River First Bay Observation Deck - Xiaozhongdian Grassland - Moon Bay - Baima Snow Mountain - Feilai Temple
In the early morning, we will meet at the north gate of the ancient city at 7 o'clock, drive to the [Yangtze River First Bay Observation Deck], and then continue to set off, arrive at Benzilan Town at noon to enjoy lunch, pass through [Xiaozhongdian Grassland], feel the different wind blowing grass to see cattle and sheep, and then pass through [Moon Bay], at that moment we will experience all the dreams of fantasists, after feeling the romantic mystery, we will cross the [White Horse Snow Mountain] yakou together, and colorful prayer flags can be seen everywhere. Form a natural picture with the blue sky and white clouds in the distance and the unmelted snow mountains. Continue onwards, and as evening approaches, we will arrive at [Deqin Shengping Town] to check into the hotel. If time and weather permit, we will go to [Fei Lai Temple], which is also considered to be the starting point of Mei LinAi Zhuan Mountain (Note: Qu Deng Pavilion located directly below Fei Lai Temple is the starting point of the traditional Nei Chuan Mountain, and this rainslide activity we will start from South Kazashi Temple), and then return to the Meili Snow Mountain Observation Deck to play and take photos.
Day 3: Feilai Temple - Rizhao Jinshan - Xidang Village - Rest Station - Nanzong Yakou - Yubang Shangcun
According to the sunrise time of the day, we need to get up early and go to Meili [Meili Snow Mountain Observation Deck] to enjoy the magical Meili Rizhao Golden Mountain, brush a group of friends that are forced to burst the table, and then drive to [Xidang] (Note: On the way, we will pass by Bajiu Temple, which is the place where Tibetans traditionally turn to the mountain to get the "opening key", if everyone's physical fitness is guaranteed, weather and time permit, we will go to Bajiu Temple to get the key), and start hiking from Xidang into the isolated Yubang village. After climbing 1500 meters above sea level to reach [Nanzong Yakou], all the way downhill, before nightfall we will arrive at [Yubang Shangcun], and the simple but characteristic Tibetan house will be presented in front of your eyes. If the weaker of the small partners can choose to ride a mule from Xidang into the rain avalanche (Note: Xidang to Yakou 205 yuan, to Yubeng Village 325 yuan, weighing more than 170 pounds to double, if you need to ride a mule horse guests, please pay attention to safety, and the price, safety issues by the guests themselves)
Day 4: Yubeng Shangcun - Primeval Forest - Alpine Pass - Laughing Farmer Base Camp - Ice Lake - Return to Yubeng Inn by the same way
At eight o'clock this morning, we will set off from Yubeng Shang Village and hike all the way to the ice lake. On the way, we will pass through the village mouth [Sea Buckthorn Forest], enter the primeval forest, and then continue to the [Laughing Farmer Base Camp], which was originally the camp of the Sino-Japanese joint mountaineering team to climb Kawagbo Peak, and after lunch to replenish our strength, continue to the [Ice Lake]. Unconsciously, the night has quietly enveloped the sky, and we will return to YubangShang Village at 6 o'clock to end the day's hike.
Day 5: Yubeng Shang village - YubangXia Village - Primeval Forest - Rest Camp - Shen Waterfall - Original road back to Yubang Village Inn
After breakfast in the early morning, we will cross the [Yubeng River] and cross the [YubangXia Village] to see the green mountains and clear waters under our feet, and the blue sky and white clouds shroud the sky. Then hike through the "primeval forest and alpine pasture" without the smell of fireworks, all the way forward, you can reach the "Divine Waterfall" formed from the Meili Snow Mountain, where you can watch the full picture of the Goddess Peak and the Five Crown Peak, more importantly, this is the place where the pilgrims are baptized, only after receiving the baptism of the divine water, the entire pilgrimage journey is complete, the body and mind are purified, and then we will return to the Original Road to the Yubang Shangcun Inn to rest. (Note: There are supply stations on the hiking route, you can buy food to replenish your stamina)
Day 6: Yubeng Village - Ninon Grand Canyon - Ninon Parking Lot - Deqin County Town - White Horse Snow Mountain - Shangri-La
In the morning, we set off at about 8:30 a.m. and went downhill along the Yubeng River all the way down the slope to find [Ninon Gorge]. There is a roadside food supply station on the way, and after lunch, you enter the mouth of the Ninon Gorge, a deep canyon surrounded by verdant and pale clouds. This section of the road is relatively narrow, pay attention to safety during the hike, and then arrive at the [Ni Rural Parking Lot], where our car is waiting for everyone. Afterwards, we will drive to [Shangri-La City], passing the traditional "Qudeng Pavilion", which is a must-visit for the mountain, and our tour leader will determine whether to go according to the time, weather and physical fitness of everyone. Checking into the hotel in the early evening washes away the exhaustion of the day. In the evening, you can move freely to experience the enchanting night of Shangri-La.
Day 7: Shangri-La - Lijiang Ancient City - Celebration Banquet - Disbandment
This morning all the way back to Lijiang, about 2 p.m. back to Lijiang to participate in the celebration feast, carnival together. Although the trip will come to an end, these days of climbing mountains and mountains together will remain in the memory forever.

Activity equipment recommendations
In order to reduce the burden of plateau hiking and ensure safety, the following equipment list is given, which can be referred to according to personal circumstances.
1． Hiking backpack: Carry a small backpack of about 30L, mainly when walking in the Meili Snow Mountain and Yubang Scenic Area, the small bag can carry a camera, drinks, food, etc.
2． November is late autumn, you need to wear waterproof hiking boots or walking shoes, the road is often two or three hours of continuous uphill or two or three hours of continuous downhill, no good pair of shoes will be more difficult.
3． In late November, the rain crash is relatively cold in the morning and evening, and it is necessary to prepare gloves, hats, breathable warm underwear, plush storm jackets, storm pants, a down jacket for backup, it may be hot during the hike, and it is necessary to prepare quick drying clothes.
4． Change of underwear, personal toiletries, ID card, student ID card and other personal documents.
5． Thicker socks 2 to 3 pairs, preferably outdoor socks, strong ventilation, wear for a long time will not have a peculiar smell.
6． Small flashlights or headlights: There are no street lights in Yubang Village, go to the bathroom at night, you can come in handy!
7． Beef jerky, chocolate, Red Bull, etc. can replenish calories in time, and Tibetans have butter tea, instant noodles, and barley cakes for sale. For this event, the organizers also set up temporary supply points at the beginning of the hiking section, distributing bread and mineral water.
8． Sunscreen, sunglasses, outdoor bandana. Plateau light is very strong, it is best to have sunglasses, outdoor turbans can prevent neck sunburn, but also can be pulled up when covering the face.
9． The whole village has been energized, mobile phones and cameras can be charged, and free wifi can be used.
10． There are a number of Tibetan inns in Yubeng Village, but most of them are universal rooms, and the organizers of this event arrange for everyone to stay in the standard room, but the overall accommodation conditions of Yubang Village cannot be compared with the city, if there is a heavy cleanliness habit, guests can carry a light sleeping bag.
11． Due to different blood types and skin types, some people may be bitten by insects, and it is necessary for donkeys with sensitive skin to prepare mosquito repellent water.
12． Girls can bring more sunscreen repair masks, and when they return to the inn after a day of migration, they can apply to their faces to repair the damaged skin.
13． Personal medicines, anti-hyperversion drugs, cold medicines, band-aids, motion sickness stickers, etc.
14． This event is equipped with solar water heaters, but in order to reduce the high risk of reaction, it is not recommended to take a bath in Yubang Village.
15． Kettle, a bottle of mineral water was also available. Although you can even buy a Coke along the way, a spare bottle of water is always necessary.
Highland travel tips
This mountaineering festival hiking activities provide semi-free travel itinerary, accompanied by a full-time tour leader, such as accidents, such as: horseback falling, falling sprained, falling off a cliff, being bitten by small animals, accidentally eating food, altitude sickness, falling into the water, etc., the organizing committee and the leader will do on-site assistance processing, will assist in reporting tourism accident insurance, but do not bear any liability for compensation; due to the special plateau environment, everyone may have complications such as altitude sickness, therefore, before traveling to the plateau, you must go to the hospital for physical examination, Only after making sure that there is no problem with your main organs such as the heart and lungs can you start your journey. The Organizing Committee of the Event shall not be liable for all the consequences and losses caused by altitude sickness and any liability for compensation.
1. People who are not suitable for travel to the plateau
Patients with obvious lesions of the heart, lungs, brain, liver and kidneys, as well as severe anemia or hypertension, should not enter the plateau. If you have never been to the plateau, it is recommended that you have a strict physical examination before entering the plateau. Visitors with organic diseases, severe anemia or severe hypertension are less adaptable to the highland environment. In the early stages of entering the plateau, their risk of developing acute altitude sickness is significantly higher than that of others, and if they stay at the plateau for too long, they are also more susceptible to various chronic altitude sickness than others. At the same time, because the body has to adapt to the plateau environment, the compensatory activities of important organs such as the liver, lungs, heart, and kidneys are enhanced, so that the burden on these organs is increased. Once these organs develop diseases, they will further aggravate the condition. If you are not sure if you can participate in the Meri Snow Avalanche Trekking Activity, it is recommended that you consult an experienced doctor and try to be prudent.
2. Precautions on the way to enter the plateau (emphasis)
(1) Oxygen and drugs for the prevention and treatment of acute altitude sickness should be prepared as much as possible, such as nifellopyridine (also known as heartache), aminophylline, etc., and also need to be prepared with drugs, antibiotics and vitamins for the prevention and treatment of colds, just in case. Due to the cold climate of the plateau and the large temperature difference between day and night, it is necessary to pay attention to preparing enough cold clothes to prevent colds. Both cold and respiratory infections can precipitate acute altitude sickness.
(2) If there are more serious symptoms of altitude sickness on the way into the plateau, it should be treated immediately, and the aminophylline or sublingual nitrophenylpyridine 20 mg should be taken in time. Oxygen should be inhaled in severe cases. If there is severe chest tightness, severe cough, difficulty breathing, coughing up pink foamy sputum, or unresponsiveness, indifference, or even coma, in addition to the above treatment, it should be rescued at a nearby hospital as soon as possible, or transferred to a lower altitude area as soon as possible in order to recover from treatment.
