Thousand kilometers back is a step up, at the same time, can reduce the physical exertion of 700 kilometers, in any case it is only a high-grade thousand kilometer pigeon.
My two 1500 km winners, 07194 and 035435, they did not spare 700 km and 1000 km, but more than 5 times in 500 km, straight across 1500 km, it can be surprisingly successful and win the crown, or maybe this is a fluke, unique and special, this method is not necessarily desirable, some pigeons have not returned, it is yet to be explored.
In addition, in the training and release must pay attention to the strange performance of young birds, 07194 hen, born in May 1988, in August of that year tamed 200 km of Gangu, due to the rain, I lost a lot of pigeons, I released 21 pigeons, lost a large half, even two or three years old pigeons are lost, and this pigeon, is the youngest of them, did not expect it to fly outside for 20 days to return.
At the end of September, I beat my heart fiercely to 300 kilometers of Tuoshi Station, went to 500 kilometers of Lintong Station, it returned after 3 months, after my observation, all changed, the eye sand turned red, the hair light water slippery physique was solid, the dark chapter was faint, and Silk Bo did not find any signs of being caught, and then released and stabilized many times in 500 kilometers, and exercised its perseverance.
It is worth reminding that although this kind of pigeon flies slowly, it can be mixed in a different place for such a long time, can cleverly eliminate man-made, natural enemies, harsh climates, survive and fly back, which is also a strange skill of its own. Never make it a dish.
Slow speed is often a prelude to its ultra-long range, not necessarily inferior pigeons. In this regard, the performance of this pigeon caught my attention, its granddaughter 035435 pigeon, also in March, released 200 km from Lund, similar to its performance, I trained in the same way, and raced in 1998 to win the "Triple Crown" in one fell swoop.
