Rescue is not free, the price of rescue will be determined according to the location of the tourist, the closer to the Dormala Pass, the higher the cost of rescue, and vice versa, the lower the price. However, this rescue is not available all year round, and only when tickets are sold to the outside world, the scenic spot will provide this supporting service. In mid-to-late October of 21, we originally planned to go to Kailash Turning Mountain, but when we arrived at the scenic ticket office, we saw two young men from Tibetan areas who were demolishing the fence, and they were very happy to tell us: From now on, enter Kailash Turning Mountain, you don't need to buy tickets, you can enter at will. Because of the first heavy snow of the year, their year's work assignment is over, and now they can go home, and they will only come back when the spring blossoms in April and May next year. Then they put down the interception rope, whistled and drove the van home happily. I asked them who they were to go in and turn the hill to find if there was a problem after they left, and they pointed to a huge notice next to them for me to see for myself, and the content of the notice was probably: Because we are out of the way, the people who go in after that are responsible for themselves, and have nothing to do with us. Judging from the time point on the notice, the five people who turned the mountain during the Spring Festival should have entered directly from the open scenic gate, and since they did not buy tickets, the scenic spot did not bear the corresponding rescue responsibility.
According to public information, the five mountain turners of the Spring Festival did not have relevant experience in Kailash's mountain turning before, which may be because of the holiday time problem, or because of the lack of understanding of the travel destination, and finally let the five of them pay a heavy price, and then further verify a conclusion that many people know: winter is really not suitable for Kailash to turn the mountain.
Is this mountain turning act a commercial act or a spontaneous organization? Many netizens inferred that this was a commercial act based on the fact that one of the five injured people was Xiao Tang, the leader of the self-driving free travel in Tibetan areas, on the Xiaohongshu account, and since it was a commercial act, the organizer should bear joint and several liability.
