Yang Shanni said: "The 'Wonderful Dream Castle' that everyone is looking forward to is about to shine. The magnificent castle marks an exciting new milestone for Hong Kong Disneyland Resort. Over the past 15 years, we've worked with guests and entertainers to create countless memories, fulfill wishes and share joy. Today, as we celebrate our 15th anniversary with the community, we wish to send a message to the home of Hong Kong. The Walt Disney Company will donate HK$1.5 million to the Wish Come True Fund, the Children's Cancer Fund and the Little Soldiers for Life Association to support these three non-profit-making organizations rooted in Hong Kong and provide suitable services to thousands of sick children and their families. ”
"Fantastic Dream Castle" witnesses dreams come true
Inspired by the dream stories of disney princesses and queens, the new "Fantastic Dream Castle" is a new landmark of Hong Kong Disneyland, symbolizing courage, hope and possibility. Each tower and spire on the castle is decorated with unique colours, logos and textures, and contains 13 stories about Disney princesses and queens.
Step inside the castle and immerse yourself in two new experiences. In the Royal Court, which is full of royal ornate style, guests have the opportunity to meet their favorite Disney princesses and queens, as well as exquisite carvings, tapestries and exquisite statues of Disney princesses and queens. The "Castle Jewelry Store" is the first jewelry store to open in the "Castle of Fantastic Dreams". Chow Tai Fook's skilled craftsmen have been appointed jewellery craftsmen for the royal family, forging a variety of souvenirs and treasures for this wondrous land.
The Castle of Fantastic Dreams is Disney's first such a massive renovation of an existing castle. During the castle's magnificent transformation, guests can witness the daily changes of the castle from a distance, and now they can finally step into this paradise landmark and see the magic behind it up close.
The dream of creating a "Fantastic Dream Castle" came true thanks to the support of a large team. The new Fantastic Dream Castle Story Exhibition takes guests on a journey to discover the story behind the castle, presenting walt Disney Imagineers and Walt Disney Animation Studios working together to design the new castle to complete the amazing process. The exhibition features a special section for live entertainment at the castle, the first to introduce a new daytime and nighttime show to be staged in the near future.
At the same time, the "Fantastic Dream Castle Guided Tour" will appear. Through the self-service audio guide, under the voice navigation of star fan Lin Jiaxin, guests can easily taste the content and story of the castle from a new perspective. Starting directly in front of the castle and scanning the QR code with a personal mobile phone, guests can navigate through the eight viewing areas through headphones and follow the sound navigation, from the inside to the outside to understand the architectural details of the castle design, step by step to appreciate each logo pattern, texture and decoration that integrates the story, interest or story scene of the princess and queen.
Fantastic pop-up party surprises at any time
The park is filled with a festive atmosphere. Mickey Mouse specially summoned a group of friends, including Duffy and friends, to change into new 15th anniversary costumes to present the surprising pop-up party of "Mickey and Friends Reunion 15th Anniversary". Disney Princesses also dress up on the main street train to meet guests and send a wonderful moment of happiness. Disney friends will be around the park and surprise selfies with guests at any time! To commemorate this special occasion, visitors to the park will receive a commemorative ticket for the 15th anniversary theme and a special edition badge for the 15th anniversary birthday (subject to availability).
