Pushing the hand is not only a slowing down combat training, but also a two-person trial. The word "test of force" is too profound, and it is not only a temptation to try whether it is feasible or not, but also a test of force. Why try? Because the force required in the fist is not the habitual force in daily life, but the innate overall hun yuan power obtained after hard training such as standing pile and walking, the characteristics, depth and change of this force must be tested to recognize the perception and application, and the double test force refers to not only to recognize oneself, but also to perceive and control the nature of the opponent's force and the use of changes, so the push hand test force is known by test, and then from knowing and knowing the change and then using the important technique.

3. When pushing the hand, it is necessary to tighten and loosen the body. 4. Be sensitive when pushing your hand. Only in this way can we react quickly, the body, hands, and steps can be used freely, and the rotation and change can be handy.

Is it that the basic skills are not solid, or the individual exercises are not fully mastered. Is it that the teacher taught incorrectly, or did he not practice at home. Is it the lack of experience of the pusher, or the lack of pusher training. Only if the cause is found, it will be resolved.
10. Learning to push the hand is the same as learning any skill, only by getting the teaching of a teacher with a high level can it be more conducive to improving the effectiveness of learning and practicing the push hand.
11. Practicing pushing hand skills is different from standing piles, pushing hands are the practice of the other party, and standing on piles can be practiced by themselves. Therefore, when pushing the hand, you must have a relationship with the other party, such as only caring about how you think it is wrong, you must understand each other, adapt to each other, and control each other in order to defeat each other.
12. When practicing pushers and using pushers, it is not only the length of time, but whether to master all aspects of the application of pushers, and to pursue the effect of practice and application. Practicing the pusher is not in the strength of the use of large, physical exertion is good, should be the application of the overall tension force and the other side of the push hand to play correctly, so their own things must be comprehensive, correct, skilled.
13. When practicing pushing hands, you can't break the point, that is, you can't casually take off the contact point with the other party, such as the wrist and forearm. Breakpoint push hand is half-riding half-break, away from the pusher's practice requirements, become another kind of broken hand practice, although sometimes can get a little initiative, but the pusher is not beneficial, deep skill can transition to the combination of half-ride and half-break and robbery training.
Three. Push hand form and four skills.
The push hand is used to practice, and there are single push hands and double push hands. The pusher needs to be skilled in the use of four skills.
1. Listen
In boxing, there is a saying that "listening to the strength and knowing the enemy is always appropriate", indicating that "listening" is a means of understanding the other party. "Listening" does not refer to the use of the ear, the term refers to the reconnaissance judgment of the sense of touch on the point and the instinctive rapid reflection of the divine will. Listening in boxing is to understand the situation and changes of the other party through contact with the guest, such as the strength of the other party, the speed and slowness of the action, the direction of the force, the direction of the action, the virtual reality, the movement and the movement, the position, the angle, the center of gravity, etc., and to find out the various situations of the other party. 2. Control
Control is the action and intentional guidance process after listening. Control is the process of understanding the other party, knowing the other party, and mastering the other party under the condition of understanding the guest after listening. Control refers to the control, is the reasonable control process after mastery. In boxing, "from the change of the knowing party to the control of the other party" and "grasp the opportunity, we will win the strong enemy" mean that we will do whatever we want. Therefore, a touch of response in an instant is actually the core of boxing. Control is the next stage of listening.
3. Fixed
It must be the meaning of not moving, and the stillness is not moving. Stillness is the work of one's own body, and the determination of immovability is controlled by others, and there is a saying of "indefinite, do not let go" in the boxing theory, that is, you cannot release people before they are determined, and you cannot achieve good results. Fixation in boxing refers to the instantaneous understanding of the other party in contact or the realization of the relatively overall static state of the two sides, and the concentration is sometimes the stillness of the other party. 4. Put
There is a feeling of trembling and electric shock; put it into a loose force, not to squeeze, push, arch, but to throw both sides of the bullet out with the overall force. Let go of the first and middle levels is a slap, the advanced refers to the bounce and shake, and there is no pain in the other party's contact point when released. When releasing people, the action is fast and slow, and the effect of putting can be achieved; there is no difference between the size of the action and the power; the impact force of the loose force, not rigidity and natural force. Put more animal strength such as inertia force, explosive force, shaking force, elastic force, and reverse reverse retraction force of the two-fold force, that is, the natural force and pure power of boxing. The force of a single push hand is induced at the point of contact, that is, at the point of connecting the other party's forearm. In addition, it is necessary to listen to (understand) the strength of the guest, the direction of force, the direction of action, the tightness, the virtual reality, the dynamic and static, the angle, the speed and slowness of the subtleties in the push hand, whether there is a change, and so on. While understanding (listening) to the other party, the other party should strive to make timely, appropriate, opportunistic, and applicable choices (that is, reactions or instinctive reactions) under the condition of knowing the other party and knowing the other party, grasp the other party's center of gravity in change and invariance, and control the other party's strength, direction, and position, so as to achieve the other party, even if the other party cannot enter, run, or move.
Of course, "fixed" is the temporary positioning of the moment, and the other side must make an instantaneous force under the priority conditions that make the other party have to be controlled by itself, and release, bounce or crash the other party. Before it seems to be released, the side must have a reserve of strength and conformity, such as chest tight back, leg bending and waist, changing the direction of force, short concealed hair, sucking on the finger, close to the body, etc., that is, implicitly ready to go, prepared, and have the tendency to reverse the form. The double push hand exercise is used for the double test of the moving step. It is the same as the single pusher in that it has the righteousness of connecting, listening, controlling, fixing, releasing, and sending. One. Push the familiarity and application of the hand point.
1. Concession point: When the basic circle is proficient in the training of entering the offensive and defensive consciousness, the first problem encountered is how to "transform the strength to defend the middle to cope with infinity". 2. Spin point: The spin point has the use of the overall spiral driving point, and there are also local applications of the point, there are many forms, here is just one example.
As mentioned above, there is a problem, some veterans of the boxing school are experienced, and secretly apply the "advance amount" when they point to the front finger, that is, the intention of the shot does not refer to the middle line, but refers to the opponent's left shoulder (still take the right side as an example, the following are the same, briefly omitted). In the same way, if the other party loves to press down with clumsy force, and wants to make my arm sore, the same is true, keep the middle and use it, because he hits the ground, and he does not need to pay attention to him. Twisting the wrist finger has the characteristics of cold, brittle and fast, and this technique is called "cat probing claw". If the other party is biased or pressed when pushing the hand, you can probe the palm to ask the palm of the heart.
In addition, some pusher veterans soften the kung fu very deeply, even if they are held down, they can turn around and turn around, if they insist on pushing, they will be difficult to start because their legs are bent and the next plate is stable, and he will also be very skilled in turning strength or hand-holding, so that the opponent is weightless before planting. In this case, do not make a desperate bet, but deliberately increase the pressure, let it twist the belt, and suddenly apply a spin point. However, it is not easy to crash forward, because it is a horizontal force, so it should be applied to the rear of the wave force. 3. Fixed point: Fixed point is to control the other party's midline with points to create conditions for the force, but it is fixed and not sent to prevent injury accidents. Generally speaking, if one party lets the other party settle, it should concede defeat. There are two kinds of fixed points in motion and fixed points in the middle line. In sports, fixed point refers to the sudden fixing of the opponent's midline when drawing a circle, and the other party dissolves into a fixed point failure. 4. 7. Follow the point: The point is not to contradict the other party, to follow and follow the intention of the other party, which is called "Shunjin". There is a principle of this training, that is, the main purpose is to make the other party's intentions fall short everywhere, and to practice "listening". Practicing this is not to "play lai" in order to practice the point, and in the future, let it go with its movements to the other party.
The basic practice of following the point: A and B are paired with piles, such as Party A moves first, A steps forward, and B pulls sideways with his body to give way, but his arms are then rotated in the opposite direction with himself.
