The Wufeng Tower is actually the gate tower of the Jade Emperor Temple in the Southern Song Dynasty Village. The Jade Emperor Temple is larger in scale, and there is a music platform in front of the temple, a second floor of bells and drums, an east-west hall, a pavilion, and a platform. The WufengLou and the Xibei Hall are the remains of the Yuan Dynasty, and the rest were rebuilt during the Ming and Qing dynasties.

The second wonder is the one-wood ladder in the Wufeng Building. Entering the Wufeng Building, a huge one-wood staircase leading to the second floor on the right hand side immediately came into view, and there was an instruction board next to it. It turned out that the 7.13-meter-long staircase was actually cut from a huge mulberry wood. The small head is 42 cm in diameter and the large head is 76 cm in diameter, with a total of 15 steps. According to the annual rotation, the age of the tree is about 480 years. Mulberry plants, on the other hand, are shorter, more branched, and difficult to grow. Such a huge mulberry wood is really rare.
The third wonder is the two thorn wood beams that bear the weight in the Wufeng Building. The two north-south thorn beams, one with a diameter of 50 cm and one with a diameter of 54 cm, are 7.39 meters long, and their trees are more than 400 years old. Thorn wood is the thorn in the mouth of the common people, commonly used to weave baskets, such materials can grow into more than half a meter in diameter of wood, but also extremely rare.

The pavilion is a pavilion supported by four bluestone pillars, and its top is a bagua tip hanging roof, which is arched by layers of bucket arches of the tenon structure, and the structure is peculiar, which is one of the wonders.

The beam on the east side of the pavilion turned out to be a broken beam, long in the south and short in the north, overlapping and biting each other, combined into a wooden beam, supporting the arch and roof above, and the gap in the middle was 2 centimeters. Why use a broken beam for such an important building as the Pavilion? Whether it is due to the consideration of thermal expansion and contraction of the wood and stone structure, or whether there is another reason, this has become a mystery of the Jade Emperor View.

This spectacle is also related to the structure of the building, called the Thirteen Steps. It is said that the eleven sets of bucket arches under the eaves of the front of the main hall are crossed horizontally and vertically, layer by layer like flowers, intricate and very beautiful.
