Twice lowered The Great Birthday of the Qing Dynasty, and the Emperor Taiji was confused

author:Lingxu Mountain down

At the end of the Ming Dynasty and the beginning of the Qing Dynasty, the stars were shining brightly, and many former Ming generals descended to the Qing Dynasty, such as Kong Youde, Geng Zhongming, Shang Kexi, Hong Chengyu, Wu Sangui and the like. When it comes to these people, everyone will generally reward them with a "traitorous lackey", and the Qing Dynasty officials also included them in the "Biography of the Second Minister". But there is a person who has been controversial for so many years, he is Zu Dashou, he has two "feats" of surrendering, the first is a fraudulent surrender, and the second time is a surrender of bullets and food. Therefore, some people think that he is a loyal vassal of the Ming Dynasty, and he has been loyal to the Ming Dynasty, but the general trend has gone, and the strength of one person cannot resist the process of historical progress; there are also some people, such as Mr. Cai Dongfan, who say that he "sacrificed the city and betrayed the country and sold friends."

Let's first talk about Zu Dashou's resume.

Zu Dashou was a native of Ningyuan, an officer to the commander-in-chief, equivalent to the current commander of the military region, who was raised by Emperor Taiji into the Yellow Banner of the Han Army after the second surrender, and the greatest achievement in his life was the Ningjin Victory against the Qing Army.

Let's talk about the dramatic two drops.

The first time was the Battle of Daling River, Zu Dashou led his troops to even build fortifications, Huang Taiji led troops to surround Dalinghe City, Zu Dashou was brazen and hasty to fight, but unfortunately there was a shortage of grain and grass in the city, the soldiers were afraid, although they organized several breakthroughs, but they all ended in failure. Ten days after being besieged, the Qing army began to persuade them to surrender, and Zu Dashou also showed the integrity of "military generals who will not hesitate to die" at this time.

It is said that this Emperor Taiji is really his mother's chicken thief, pretending to be the reinforcements of the Ming Army, Zu Dashou is very happy, dividing the troops left and right, the result is of course the Qing army's big dang, so far can only curl up in the city, no longer dare to fight.

During this period, Zu Dashou's immediate superior, Sun Chengzong, also prevented several rescues, but they were easily defeated by the Qing army. After being besieged for three months, the soldiers in the city could only kill the horses to fill the hunger, and when the horses were finished, they began to eat the people in the city and take the flesh of the people.

Seeing that the time had come, Emperor Taiji sent envoys to the city to persuade Zu Dashou to surrender, and on October 25 of the same year, the desperate Zu Dashou was demoted for the first time, and Huang Taiji treated him with the most honorable waist salute of Jurchen.

After the surrender of the Qing Dynasty, Zu Dashou's own family was in Jinzhou City, and he wanted to take advantage of the fact that the Ming Army did not know about his own surrender, and was willing to take a strong brigade to serve as an internal response in Jinzhou City, so as to help the Qing army capture Jinzhou, and The Emperor Taiji was convinced of this. However, as soon as Zu Dashou returned to Jinzhou City, he opened a tight defense and vowed to defend Jinzhou City to the death, for which the Chongzhen Emperor also rewarded him, promoted him to the position of Zuo Dudu, and promoted Jinzhou.

Emperor Taiji did not know whether he did not understand the martial arts left by our Han ancestors, or whether he really cherished his talents, and then wrote many times, hoping that Zu Dashou would keep his promise and return to the Qing army.

In 1642, Emperor Taiji once again sent troops to Jinzhou City, and Zu Dashou was besieged in the city for a year, and when he ran out of food, he surrendered again, and picked a good day---- the eighth day of March.

The good news reached the hands of Huang Taiji, of course, he was overjoyed, and Huang Taiji also made a pariah-like attempt to exonerate Zu Dashou for the first time, saying that he had done this for the sake of his family and clan, and that he would not kill him in time for a second submission.

You say that Huang Taiji is a slut?

Of course, this is not a crime, receiving one Zu Dashou, there will be thousands of Zu Dashou to return, the Emperor Taiji immediately began to let Zu Dashou persuade his nephew Wu Sangui, but at this time Wu Sangui felt that the chips were not enough to attract the Qing soldiers into the customs.

Later generations once had a pair of sons who also ridiculed Zu Dashou:

A generation of famous generals, according to the outside of the pass, the inside of the pass, can be called the reciprocal loyalty;

The two dynasties are two courtiers, rebelling against the former lord and negatively returning the lord, and they are really not people inside and outside.
