The Great Beast Gua of the I Ching says: "The heavens are in the mountains, and the great beasts, the gentlemen act with many knowledge of the previous words, and with the virtue of the animals." ”
For man, animals include the gathering of talents, learning, morality, and conduct.
If a person wants to get a tycoon, he often has to combine time, place, and people, and such an opportunity will not often occur, and he needs to wait patiently and need to improve himself.
Some people are very capable of doing things, but their knowledge is insufficient, resulting in their limited insight and inability to bear great responsibilities;
Some people, who are very knowledgeable, but have weak execution, talk more, do less, and are people who talk about it;
Some people, who are well-informed and have strong execution, but their moral character is not up to standard, and when they are critical, they will also miss big things.
Only those who possess talent, learning, and virtue at the same time can attain the Tycoon Pass. In the animal stoppage period, it is to give everyone the opportunity to accumulate and improve themselves.

The Great Animal Gua of the I Ching says: "Good horses are chased, and the benefits are difficult, and the idle public opinion is guarded, and the benefits are longing." ”
If the ancients wanted to fight wars and launch armed forces, they needed to collect a large number of good horses and cars.
In the Great Animal Gua, the dissolution of good horses and chariots refers to the need to solve problems without force, but to cultivate literature with force, to subdue people with virtue, and to take the line of revitalizing culture, education, and developing the economy.
Yanwu Xiuwen is from the Book of Shang: "The king comes from the Shang; as for feng; it is Yanwu Xiuwen; it returns to the sun of Mount Hua; and the cattle are herded in the wilderness of the peach forest." ”
Solving problems by force can only make people surrender for a while, not the long-term way.
A person should focus on himself, not on others, thinking all the time, to conquer others and defeat others.
Learning should be deep, insight should be wide, belly should be large, ability should be strong, only by improving multiple dimensions at the same time, jointly saving and cultivating, can we achieve Yanwu cultivation.
This "animal stop" process is very slow, as if it were stopping, but there is none. It's just brewing and upgrading, waiting for a breakthrough from quantitative change to qualitative change.
In the long run, this is a "retreat to advance" way of moving forward, it seems to take a few steps back, but in fact, it is to accumulate more strength for the next higher sprint.

The I Ching says, "Shangjiu, He Tianzhi qu, Heng." ”
Qu is the path of all directions; Tianqu, metaphorically accessible without hindrance.
Shangjiu, the last stage of animal stoppage, has been accumulated for a long time, reaching the extreme of saturation, and will touch the threshold of breakthrough.
When a person can withstand loneliness, endure the trough, and take advantage of the opportunity of "animal stopping", Yan Wu xiuwen, and constantly improve his comprehensive strength. When the savings rise to the extreme, break through the "stop" limit and reach the Hengtong Avenue that is accessible in all directions and without hindrance. "He Tianzhi Qu, the Tao Da Xing also."
