The "International Academic Symposium to Commemorate the 110th Anniversary of the Xinhai Revolution" with the theme of "Xinhai Revolution and National Rejuvenation" was attended by more than 100 experts and scholars. Among them, more than 20 experts and scholars were invited on the spot, 86 experts and scholars who joined the association in literature, and 16 overseas scholars participated in the discussion in an online manner. Wang Wenlong, former director of the Kuomintang Party History Museum and associate professor of the School of History at Nankai University, said that the Xinhai Revolution has important epochal significance in the context of the new era.

Xiong Yongzhu, vice president and secretary general of the Wuhan Xinhai Shouyi Research Association and grandson of Xiong Bingkun, a revolutionary who fired the first shot of the Xinhai Revolution, said that only by studying history can we better inherit the spirit contained in it.

In the view of Li Jie, president of the Chinese Historical Society, the realization of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation requires the continuation of the spirit of innovation and struggle contained in the Xinhai Revolution.

"If we, the Chinese nation, want to achieve great rejuvenation, we must first have a spirit of innovation. This innovation manifested itself differently in different eras, and in that year it was to complete the great cause of overthrowing the monarchy and realizing the republic through revolution.
