On October 21, Professor Wen Tiejun, director and professor of the Rural Revitalization Center of Peking University, and his party went to Fugou County to investigate the rural revitalization work. Wen Tiejun and his party successively went to the Fugou Vegetable Research Institute of Henan Agricultural University, Meiqiao Village of Chaigang Township, Bote Farm, Henan Baole Dairy Co., Ltd., Ji Hongchang Memorial Hall, Dacheng Academy and other places to investigate. Through on-the-spot inspection, explanations, and introductions, Wen Tiejun learned in detail about the rural revitalization work in Fugou County from the aspects of industrial development, government policies, and rural land use.

Wen Tiejun spoke highly of and appreciated the "people-centered" development concept of Fugou County, and said that Fugou County has a deep historical background and the red spirit is passed on from generation to generation, and it is necessary to conscientiously excavate and inherit the spirit of Ji Hongchang and make good use of these important intangible cultural heritage resources such as Dacheng Academy, and then transform the cultural heritage into development momentum. It is necessary to focus on building the "Zhongyuan Caidu" brand, broaden the diversified sales channels of industrial products, make good use of government subsidies and policies to benefit the people, increase farmers' incomes, inject vitality and motivation into rural revitalization, and continue to improve the happiness and satisfaction of the masses. ②13
