Professor Wen Tiejun drew the argument of agricultural strategic transformation and common prosperity from the Glasgow Joint Declaration of China and the United States on Strengthening Climate Action in the 2020s announced by "Double Eleven", and put forward the challenges, conditions and deep reform ideas of the transformation from "three old" to "three new".
With rich cases, vivid language, and unique insights, he made a comprehensive interpretation of the strategic significance of alleviating the three major differences to achieve common prosperity, the virtualized expansion of excess capital alienated from entities leading to social confrontational conflicts, the need for common prosperity to promote the transformation of the ecological civilization strategy with the new economy as the connotation, the pricing problems of "non-standard" and "public" of spatial ecological resources requiring new production relations, and the institutional arrangements for the value of spatial resources under the ecological civilization strategy.
