Cui Wei (October 4, 1912 – February 7, 1979), born Cui Jingwen, was a Chinese mainland director, screenwriter and actor in Qingdao, Shandong Province. In 1959, he directed his first film "Song of Youth". In 1960, he co-directed the opera film "Yangmen Female General" with Chen Huaigao, which won the Best Drama Film Award at the 1st Hundred Flowers Film Awards.
