Today I will introduce you to the four dishes and one soup in the whole table of Manhan. Let's try it out. (The names are all given by myself, not more truthfully.) However, the dishes are all full of Chinese, and the recipe is improved to be suitable for family use. )

Cold dishes: "Chicken Cucumber", "Shiitake Mushroom Tofu"

Hot dishes: "Grass Mushroom Cauliflower", "Jasmine Row"

Soup Soup: "Longjing Bamboo Soup"

Chicken Cucumber

Ingredients: Chicken breast, cucumber, peppercorns, dried chili peppers, garlic, salt, soy sauce, tahini.

Preparation steps:

1. Cut the chicken breast into strips and cucumbers and set aside. Cut the dried chili peppers into small pieces and mince the garlic and set aside.

2: Heat up the oil, add the chicken shreds to the boil and cook the oil and set aside.

3: Add salt and soy sauce to the tahini. Mix and dilute with water for later.

4: Plate the shredded chicken and cucumber and place the minced garlic on top.

5: Heat the oil and add dried chili peppers and peppercorns. Fry until charred, remove the peppers and peppercorns and pour hot oil on the minced garlic.

6: Pour the mixed tahini on top and stir well. Seal plastic wrap and refrigerate.

《Shiitake Tofu》

Ingredients: Fresh shiitake mushrooms, tender tofu, shallots, oil consumption, salt, sesame oil, soy sauce, very fresh taste.

1: Dice the fresh shiitake mushrooms and finely chop the shallots and set aside.

2: Heat up the oil and stir-fry the diced shiitake mushrooms 80% of the heat. Add salt, oil and soy sauce. Stir-fry for about 3 minutes.

3. Place the tender tofu on a plate and add an appropriate amount of sesame oil, the taste is extremely fresh. Place the sautéed diced shiitake mushrooms on top of the tofu and sprinkle with chopped shallots.

《Grass Mushroom Cauliflower》

Preparation materials: mushrooms, cauliflower, a small amount of pork belly, green onion, ginger, peppercorns, salt, oil consumption, very fresh taste.

1. Remove the roots of the mushrooms and wash everything in half. Cut the cauliflower into small pieces. Slice the pork belly. Cut the green onion and ginger into strips and set aside.

2: Heat the oil, stir-fry the mushrooms for about 1 minute and set aside.

3: Stir in a little oil and sauté the shallots, ginger and peppercorns until fragrant. The aroma comes out under the pork belly and sautés until it changes color.

4. Add cauliflower, add salt and continue stir-frying. Cauliflower softens under the mushrooms. Pour in an appropriate amount of fuel and taste very fresh. Stir-fry for about 3 minutes.

(It feels no different from asparagus mushrooms, but it's still delicious))

"Jasmine Row"

Ingredients: small ribs, jasmine tea, flour, salt, cumin, chili noodles.

1: Boil water, put the small ribs in cold water, put the appropriate amount of jasmine tea and salt. Bring water to a boil for about 20 minutes on high heat. Drain the water.

2: Add salt to flour, jasmine tea and stir with water to form batter.

3: Heat the oil, turn the heat to low heat, wrap the small ribs in the paste and fry them for about 5 minutes. Sprinkle with cumin and chili noodles.

《Longjing Bamboo Soup》

Preparation materials: bamboo, Longjing tea, ginger.

1. Wash the bamboo buds and slice the ginger for later.

2: Heat the oil and stir-fry the ginger slices. When the fragrance comes out, add an appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil over high heat.

3. Put down the Longjing tea, boil the tea aroma and put it into the bamboo thorns. Cook over low heat for 20 minutes.
