From a beginner with zero foundation, to having the title of "double material" technician for oil production and transportation, and then to using wisdom to help promote the "Wang Xuzhuang" digital oilfield management model, Feng Mengmeng, deputy leader of the second group of injection and production in the second area of the operation of the second oil production plant of Dagang Oilfield Company, shouldered the responsibility of youth and rejuvenated the strength of youth with the spirit of perseverance and courage to climb.

  Feng Mengmeng grew up as an "oil baby" and grew up listening to her mother tell the story of "Iron Man King Jinxi Jumping Mud Pool". In 2007, due to her parents' illness and the need for her care, she quit her original job without hesitation and became a grassroots oil producer in the second oil production plant as a night worker.

  Zero foundation, what to do? learn! Feng Mengmeng started with a wrench, learning tools and valves one by one, and learning various knowledge of oil and water wells.

  The guidance teacher's blueprint of "practicing your skills well to participate in the competition" made the "ambitious" Feng Mengmeng feel excited. In order to master the comprehensive skills, Feng Mengmeng applied to the leader to learn skills at the most remote and bumpy road in the factory, but with the most equipment and the most complete wells, which was three years.

  "There is no difficulty that cannot be solved". She cherished all the opportunities that could be learned, taking advantage of the master's free time to chase after the operation essentials; during the night shift, she asked the technician to "open the small stove", read through various technical materials in the station, and wrote down the knowledge points; when she returned home from work, she "added meals" technical books, and asked the teacher fu the next day with the problem until she understood and learned.

  Soon, the root learning in the most frontline of the grassroots level enabled her to master the dual skills of oil transmission and oil production, and successfully obtained the tickets for various skill competitions. In 2009, Feng Mengmeng became the first project worker in the history of Dagang Oilfield to participate in a skills competition and win a medal. On April 28, 2019, the Model Labor Innovation Studio named after Feng Mengmeng was established.

  In her dictionary of life, "effort" has always been a strong verb. With the unique sensitivity of the times and the spirit of innovation and hard work unique to young people, Feng Mengmeng realized that "it is crucial to let the old oilfield catch the 'Internet +' car."

  After a large number of on-site investigations and repeated calculations, she put forward the proposal of "introducing digital technology to improve labor productivity", and actively carried out pilot experiments, so that a series of high-tech digital information technologies such as unattended well stations, production data collection, and real-time monitoring of production status were gradually applied in the old oilfield, which made the old oilfield rejuvenated.

  Through the application of Internet technology, a total of 107 employees were optimized, the total number of workers was reduced by 38%, the per capita oil and gas equivalent was increased from 448 tons to 666 tons, and the per capita production capacity increased by 49%. In 2015, the technicians in the operation area set up a technological innovation team centered on Feng Mengmeng, and a small studio became a "fountain" for blue-collar achievements, incubation of scientific and technological innovation, and skill upgrading.

  As the leader of the skill innovation team, she led the young people to produce special tools such as oil seal wrenches and anti-theft wire plugging, innovated more than 1,000 valve seats, effectively applied to the production site, solved more than 300 equipment problems, obtained 16 national utility model patents, and accumulated more than 15 million yuan.

  In December 2018, the oilfield company upgraded the technician studio, and the upgraded studio was named after Feng Mengmeng, and in 2019, the "Feng Mengmeng Labor Model Innovation Studio" was rated as one of the "Top Ten Demonstration Labor Models and Artisan Talent Innovation Studios" in Tianjin with the first place.

  "As an ordinary person, I may never have the opportunity to climb to the top of Mount Everest in my life, but I must have a high mountain in my heart, a goal, and an inspiration to guide me to keep moving upwards and forwards." Feng Mengmeng has crossed one mountain after another, chasing and realizing one dream after another of her own, and now, her biggest dream is to become a big country craftsman and lead the young people around her to learn and progress together.
