Hunan second tallest building construction rushed out of "plus or minus zero"

Hunan Daily, October 25 (All media reporter Chen Ganzhang) reporter learned from the Hunan Division of Greenland Group today that after continuous concrete pouring, the main building of the "Star City Light Tower" on Greenland V Island, located in the Malanshan Video Cultural and Creative Industrial Park in Kaifu District, Changsha City, has rushed out of the "plus or minus zero" and entered the construction stage of the main structure on the ground.
The 380-meter-high Greenland V Island "Star City Light Tower" is the second tallest building in Hunan and is expected to be delivered for operation in 2024. At present, the tallest building in Hunan is the 452-meter Changsha International Financial Center, which has been put into use.
On August 23, 2019, Greenland Group acquired the plot of Malanshan Video Cultural and Creative Industrial Park at a reserve price of 3.149 billion yuan and planned the Greenland V Island project, which was divided into two major groups, north and south. Among them, the North Group is a commercial and residential group, which has been opened in March 2020, with a planned 200-meter office building, residence, apartment and star hotel. The South Group is an industrial group with a total construction area of 268,000 square meters, including the "Star City Light Tower" super high-rise building, commercial podium and four-story basement.
Huang Salary, general manager of the Hunan Business Department of Greenland Group, said that the Greenland V Island project will be built into a new landmark leading the development of the industry, and well-known enterprises such as Shanghai Culture Radio, Film and Television Group, Shenlan Technology, and Taobo E-sports will be actively introduced. At the same time, we will vigorously promote cooperation with Huawei to build a fully digital building system.
