Many poems of the Tang Dynasty emphasized the aftertaste of poetry rather than the end of events when they were intended. The emotional tragic power of the work exceeds the tragic effect of the event. Li Yi had worked in the shogunate and had been to the border plug, and had rich experience and profound knowledge. The author looks back on the past, a thousand words, I don't know where to start; but the itinerary is hurried, it is late, and the next day he has to go his own way, once again far away from the mountains and rivers.
The whole poem is like a short drama, the main characters are only two brothers, and the event is just a reunion and conversation. However, this has linked up with the changes in life in the past ten years, the vicissitudes of personnel affairs, and the rise and fall of fate, but it seems extremely rich.
