Shi Mingde, former chairman of the Democratic Progressive Party, pointed out yesterday that former "legislator" Li Shengfeng once told him that Chen Yishen, a scholar of the "independence faction" and "director of the National History Museum," was one of the "three anti-Taiwan independence musketeers" at the National Political University in those years. ”

chameleon? Shi Mingde explodes again: Deep green scholar Chen Yishen was once a "three musketeers opposing Taiwan independence"

Chen Yishen

Following passive confirmation that Jiang Pengjian, the founding chairman of the Democratic Progressive Party, was an investigator, Shi Mingde yesterday named Chen Yishen, a "righteous man." He said that one of the few things he regretted in his life was that for a while, DPP "legislator" Guan Biling and her husband Xu Yangming repeatedly lobbied him, helping his friend Chen Yishen to tell Li Yuanzheguan, "president of the Academia Sinica," that because Chen's research achievements were not outstanding, he was facing the crisis of not being renewed by the "Academia Sinica."

Shi Mingde said that he did not know Li Yuanzhe, but Guan Biling and his wife said, "You don't know Li 'Dean', but Li 'Dean' knows you, and it must be useful for you to go." He only met Li Yuanzhe because of Xu Yangming and his wife's sincere complaints, and the first time the two met, the conversation was very pleasant, and Chen Yishen was able to continue to stay at the "Academia Sinica" because of this. Later, he was very dismissive of Chen Yishen's attitude and way of exposition in politics and academic research. More than a decade ago, it was indicated that he refused to be interviewed for any research that Chen Yishen presided over.

He said that a few years ago, Professor Chen Cuilian planned to interview the "Formosa Boulevard Incident", and he knew that Chen Yishen presided over it, and immediately said to Professor Chen: "Sorry, I refuse." It's because of him, not because of you. A few years ago, Li Shengfeng told him at a dinner party that he and Chen Yishen were the "three anti-Taiwan independence swordsmen" of the political university at that time, and their feelings were so good that they were like brothers wearing the same pants.

Shi Mingde said that people under the long martial law rule have no conditions to become prisoners who are tortured in a bitter prison, and under the threat and inducement of secret service rule, some people become "Which one me is the real me?" Chen Yishen is like this, Xie Changting is like this."

But Li Shengfeng denied that he was known as the "three musketeers of anti-Taiwan independence." He said that when he was studying at the Institute of The Three People's Principles of the National People's Congress, he, Chen Yishen, and Zhang Quanfeng, the former chairman of the "Unification Religion," were good friends; "The two of them were seniors, I was a younger brother, and Chen was very enthusiastic about the activities of the Kuomintang, but later everyone went their separate ways, and I didn't know how life would develop, so I let Chen Yishen explain it himself."

He said that when he was studying, Chen Yishen's political color was "blue" and his thesis was "Liang Qichao's political thought." At that time, Zhang was a graduate of the Department of Electrical Engineering of National Taiwan University, Chen was from the Department of Finance and Taxation of Zhongxing, and he was from the Department of Psychology of the Central Plains, all of which were very strange subjects, so he became good friends and read well.

Li Shengfeng believes that after graduation, everyone has gone their own way, why did Chen Yishen's final political stance change? He doesn't know.

In response to Shi Mingde's accusation that Chen Yishen's research achievements in the "Academia Sinica" were not outstanding, he went to visit Li Yuanzhe before he was renewed. Chen Yishen retorted yesterday that at that time, Li Yuanzhe was not yet the "dean of the Research Institute of China", he was almost "accident" because he participated in the social movement and wrote the 228 paper, not that the research results were not outstanding, and the counter-accusation was that "Mr. Shi is now excusing the perpetrators."

Another former "legislator" Lin Zhong was told by Shi Mingde that Guan Biling and Chen Yishen both denied asking Tuo Guan to say that he posted on Facebook, "At that time, I was a lifelong researcher of the 'Academia Sinica' and knew very well"; "I was surprised that they denied it". He said that Chen Yishen's denial of this matter only made people look down on this chameleon even more! (Editing by Xue Yang)
