Teacher Liu Hongmei is the leader of the language department of the 53rd Regiment Middle School of the Third Division of the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps of the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, she is 6 years younger than me, and she is a first-level teacher of junior high school Chinese. I met her the day after I reported to the school.
That morning, in the school's ninth grade office, Teacher Liu Hongmei found me. "I burst into tears when I saw her seeing me, and I could feel her eagerness as she looked forward to our arrival.

Usually, Teacher Liu Hongmei always calls me a master, which makes me feel embarrassed. One afternoon, she called me: "Master, are you in the office?" I asked, "What's wrong?" It turned out that she had encountered difficulties in teaching, and she felt that she was not sure about the teaching purpose and key difficulties of the text of the second volume of the eighth grade edition of the "Asimov Short Essays", and wanted to discuss with me.
Not long after, Teacher Liu appeared in my office. That afternoon, we had a good exchange of the content of this text with the actual situation of the students. I said that lesson preparation should be prepared not only with teaching materials, but also with students. I offered my opinion on her instructional design. I said that her design may have certain difficulties for students in the arrangement of teaching content, and suggested that she start from the actual level of students and make this article "simple" as much as possible, not too complicated.
After that, Teacher Liu Hongmei adjusted and modified the teaching design of this lesson on the basis of the original. After finishing this text, she excitedly called me and said, "Master, I have just finished the lesson "Two Essays of Asimov", and I feel that this teaching design is really good. ”
In addition to often discussing classroom teaching together, we also listen to each other's lectures. She always said that she would listen to my lessons and learn from me, and I really felt her eagerness to learn.
Ms. Liu Hongmei is a good partner for me to cooperate in the work of the recipient schools, and a good sister in my life. I remember that at the beginning of this school year, I broke my hands and feet on my bicycle, and in the office she personally rubbed the medicine oil for me, and after I returned to the dormitory, she often called to ask me about my recovery.
