The shadow of teenagers is to peek at the Hong Kong crime films that were very popular at that time, and a considerable number of Hong Kong films (crime films) are mostly from real cases, cruel and unimaginable cruelty, but also confusing. For example, the famous "Eight Immortals Hotel Case". The film adaptation is quite famous, it is called "Human Meat Char Siu Bun"
"Eight Immortals Hotel Extermination Case", a sensational murder case in 1985. The suspect, Wong Chi Heng, was suspected of killing a family of nine and an employee of the owner of the Eight Immortals Hotel in Macau, aged between 7 and 70. When the murder was revealed the following year, it was widely rumored that the murderers boiled the body of the deceased into a char siu bun and sold it in a restaurant, shaking Hong Kong and Macau.

Facts of the case: At noon on August 8, 1985, the Macau police received an alarm from a swimmer, and 8 mutilations surfaced from the Black Sand Beach in Coloane, because there were 4 right paws, and it was determined that at least 4 people were killed. After a few days, 3 more cases were found, and in the face of 11 stumps, the police quickly set up a special team; and invited Chinese mainland forensic doctors to come to Macao to assist in the laboratory test of the amputated limbs, leaving a record, but the murder investigation did not progress.
In April 1986, eight months after the discovery of the limbs, the Department of Judicial Police of Macau and the Guangzhou Interpol police successively received letters from the Zheng Lin brothers, the proprietors of the Eight Immortals Hotel, which became an opportunity to solve the case.
The Eight Cents Hotel, located in Macau's Hossa Ring (now the current site of the Victoria Hotel), opened around the 1960s and is run by the Cheng Lam family. Zheng Lin was originally a roasted meat vendor, but was promoted by the owner of the chicken and duck stall in the street market, borrowed money to let him open a restaurant, and in 1973 he married his wife, Shum Huiyi, had four daughters and a son, and the family lived in the fourth street of Heisha Ring. According to the neighbors, Zheng Lin is honest and popular with the neighbors, but his wife is addicted to mahjong, often goes in and out of the casino, attaches great importance to money, and is not well-liked.
The current site of the Eight Immortals Hotel
The letter from the Cheng Lin brothers said: "Brother Zheng Lin went to Macau for many years and started a career by hard work, but suddenly disappeared in early August last year, and his Eight Immortals Hotel and property in Macau were borne by another man surnamed Huang. Recently, human limbs were found on the surface of the sea in Coloane, Macau, and the brother's family was killed, hoping that the police would try their best to find the whereabouts of the remaining brother. ”
Zheng Lin's brother said that his brother took two young girls back to his hometown of Zhongshan in July 1985, and there has been no news since then. At that time, they suspected that their brother's wife, Shum Huiyi, was having an affair with the man surnamed Huang (Huang Zhiheng), and the two colluded to kill Zheng Lin, and speculated that the murderer and the Cen clan had turned against each other afterwards, so they killed her family.
The ten missing persons mentioned in the letter include: Zheng Lin (more than 50 years old) and his wife Shum Huiyi (42 years old), daughters Zheng Baoqiong (18 years old), Zheng Baohong (12 years old), Zheng Baowen (10 years old), Zheng Baohua (9 years old) and son Zheng Guande (7 years old), the female proprietor's mother Chen Lirong (70 years old), the female owner's ninth aunt Chen Zhen (also known as Chen Lizhen, 60 years old), and the chef of the Eight Immortals Hotel and Zheng Lin's cousin Zheng Bailiang (61 years old).
Investigation: After receiving the letter, the police re-examined the stump seized last year and found that a female fingerprint was similar to that of Chen Zhen, the missing person at the Eight Immortals Hotel, so the police monitored Huang Zhiheng and visited about 20 neighbors who knew the missing person. At that time, a chicken and duck merchant at the Eight Immortals Hotel pointed out that on the afternoon of August 4, 1985, he had received a call from Zheng Lin to order, and when the staff delivered the goods, everything in the store was as usual; the next morning, when the guys delivered the goods again, they found that the Eight Immortals Hotel suddenly posted a notice of "three days of closure". The chicken and duck merchant once visited Zheng Lin's residence, when a strange man answered the door and said that Zheng Lin had gone to Zhuhai with his family. Also on August 5, the female proprietor's ninth aunt, Chen Zhen, also mysteriously disappeared. Her neighbors pointed out that in the early morning of the same day, a man about 30 years old came to Chen Zhen, pointed out that Zheng Lin's young son had a fever, asked her for help, and the two left by taxi, and Chen Zhen has never returned. The two confessions led the police to believe that the Zheng family disappeared from August 4 to 5, 1985; since Huang Zhiheng was 50 years old, the police suspected that a young man was involved in the murder, but it is still unknown who the 30-year-old man was. Arrest of suspected culprits: On the afternoon of September 28, 1986, Huang Zhiheng hurriedly left the Eight Immortals Hotel to enter the Chinese mainland, and the police officers found out that they were about to intercept him and take the reporting center to investigate. The police found that after Huang Zhiheng disappeared from the Zheng Lin family, in addition to taking over the Eight Immortals Hotel and replacing him with new employees, he also rented Zheng Lin's property on the fourth street of Heisha Ring, and Huang Zhiheng lived in another unit with a son in his twenties, and the car driven by his son was also owned by Zheng Lin.
During interrogation, Huang Zhiheng pointed out that he only wanted to send his wife and daughter back to the mainland, denied absconding, and said that he bought Zheng Lin's property with real money and silver, which was earned from smuggling. That night, he said that he had a recurrence of asthma, was emotionally agitated, and threatened to bite his tongue and commit suicide. The next day, the police officer officially issued photos of the 10 missing people at the Eight Immortals Hotel, asking residents to provide relevant information. After that, Huang Zhiheng turned back a confession, claiming that Zheng Lin owed him 600,000 yuan in gambling debts, handed over all his property to himself, and the Zheng Lin family immigrated thereafter, but the police did not find the departure record of the Zheng Lin family. At this time, the police found Zheng Lin's safe key and return certificate at the Hongjie City Branch of Nantong Bank in Huang Zhiheng's safe, and copies of the birth certificates and student ID cards of the four children. On October 2, 1986, Huang Zhiheng was formally indicted, transferred to the Criminal Prosecution Court for interrogation, and ruled that the evidence was established, and was remanded to the Macau Municipal Prison pending trial. On October 3, the day after Huang Zhiheng was returned to prison, he was beaten by other prisoners and sent to the hospital for treatment, during which Huang asked to stay in the hospital and refused to return to the city prison, and was escorted back to prison on the morning of October 4. On the afternoon of October 4, 1986, he used the tin garbage bin in the city prison to cut straight into his left wrist and saw it horizontally, and was found by the prisoners, and after 5 hours of rescue, he was able to save his life. In early December of the same year, he met with his female companion Lai Shi several times in prison, and at the last meeting, both sides burst into tears; his eldest son, Ah Yuan, who was in his twenties, also visited his father at the same time, and the two looked solemn. In the early morning of December 4, Huang Zhiheng grinded a soda to pull the ring, and cut the pulse again from the wound of the previous suicide; at 8 a.m. that day, the prison guards distributed breakfast and found that he was breathless, and his wrists were covered with a quilt stained with blood. The police later found a suicide note, asthma medication and several pornographic magazines around Huang Zhiheng.
Huang Zhiheng
Huang Zhiheng never admitted to the murder from beginning to end, regarding the cause of the case and the killing process, the current popular version is mainly based on the speculation of the media at the time: on October 6, 1986, Huang Zhiheng disclosed the crime to other prisoners in prison, all because Zheng Lin owed gambling debts and refused to repay the killing. Huang Zhiheng and the owner of the Eight Immortals Hotel, Zheng Lin and his wife, have known each other for many years, and often gamble together, usually playing mahjong and sometimes betting on sand crabs (also known as stud, the poker game we often see when watching gambling movies).
One night before the incident (1984), Huang gambled with Zheng Lin and his wife and the chef in the hotel to play sand crab, and Huang Zhiheng won Nearly 180,000 Yuan for a $2,000 bet, and Zheng Lin promised to pay off the gambling debt within one year, and verbally promised that if he could not repay the loan, he would voluntarily mortgage the Eight Immortals Hotel to Huang. After that, Huang repeatedly collected debts from Zheng Lin and his wife, but was refused, and failed to collect any money from them.
On the evening of August 4, 1985, after the Eight Immortals Hotel closed, Huang Zhiheng went to the hotel to collect debts from Zheng Lin, who was also rejected by Zheng at that time. According to Huang Zhiheng, he originally wanted to ask Zheng Lin to repay 20,000 to 30,000 yuan first, and the rest of the money could be repaid slowly. You owe meou again. (What else?) You don't have an IOU. X is Cantonese) The two sides then quarreled, Huang Zhiheng casually picked up the beer bottle on the stage, smashed the bottom of the bottle into a sharp weapon, and held Zheng Guande, the son of Zheng Lin, who was standing next to him, with one hand, holding the broken bottle against his neck and drinking to prevent everyone from raising their voices.
Although There were 9 people in Zheng Lin's family and chefs at that time, because Zheng Guande was the only son of Zheng Lin and his wife, no one dared to act rashly. Huang Zhiheng ordered everyone to bind each other with ropes, and used cloth strips to plug the mouths, and finally tied up Zheng's wives Cen Huiyi and Zheng Guande. Huang then ordered the Cen clan to tie up their young son with a rope. At this time, Zheng's wife suddenly attacked, shouted loudly and wanted to pick up her son, Huang Zhiheng rushed up with an arrow and inserted a broken glass bottle into Zheng's wife's neck, and Cen Was killed on the spot.
Huang then went berserk, and then used a glass bottle to die or strangled the rest of the people with his bare hands, and the latest to be poisoned was Zheng Guande, the youngest son of Zheng Lin, who said to Huang Zhiheng before he was killed: "The Ninth Aunt will call the police to arrest you!" Huang Zhiheng then went to the home of his ninth aunt Chen Zhen, pretended that Zheng Lin's young son had a fever, lured her to the Eight Immortals Hotel, and then killed her. Huang Zhiheng admitted to dismembering the body in 8 hours, and then put it into two layers of black plastic bags several times and discarded them in the garbage bin one by one. Later, the police found that Wong was also related to a case in Hong Kong in the early years known as the "Murder and Arson Case of Fuk Cheung Lou, Quarry Bay".
At one o'clock in the afternoon of November 5, 1973, in Room 11, 10th Floor, Block B, Fuk Cheong Building, Emperor Road, Quarry Bay, Hong Kong, Chen Ziliang borrowed 10,000 yuan from the head of the household, Li He, was refused, and the mad maniac tied up Li He and his sister, tied Li He's hands and feet and threw them into the bathtub, and released water to drown him alive. After Chen Ziliang beheaded and injured two more women, he tried to set fire to the house with an oil and gas stove, and then hurriedly left the scene, but fortunately the two women were able to escape in time.
Because of the cruel method of killing, the police once suspected that there was a vendetta element, the case was widely reported that year, when the murderer Chen Ziliang had absconded to the mainland, in order to escape the police pursuit, he even cut off a section of the index finger of his left hand, and burned the finger, destroying fingerprints. The case remained unsolved until the eight immortals hotel was destroyed on the south Coast of China, and Li He's widow recognized Huang Zhiheng in the newspaper as Chen Ziliang. It is said that before huang Zhiheng died, he sent a confession to the newspaper, which was the only document in which Huang Zhiheng confessed the facts of the case, in which he admitted that he was Chen Ziliang, but did not admit that the eight immortals hotel was his doing, and hoped that public opinion would be fair to his wife and children.
Many people say that the eight immortals hotel was obviously destroyed in Macau, why is it listed as one of the top ten strange cases in Hong Kong? Honestly, I don't know, maybe because the murder and arson case in Fuk Cheong Lou, Quarry Bay, Hong Kong, is the same murderer, or maybe we didn't divide Hong Kong and Macao so clearly before, and when we said Hong Kong, in fact, the meaning of Hong Kong and Macao now has been included in Macao.
One reason for the huge impact of this case is that the modus operandi is too ferocious, and another more important reason is that the outside world has been speculating that the remains of the deceased in the case were made into "human meat char siu buns", so there are many movies adapted from this case, including "Human Head Meat Bone Tea Noodles" in 1980, "Newcomer Meat Char Siu Bun" in 2002, "Dangerous People" in Hong Kong asian TV series in 2005, etc., but the "Human Meat Char Siu Bun of Eight Immortals Hotel" in 1993 is the most famous, Today we will focus on it, and before that, let's talk about the 13th Hong Kong Film Awards.
At the 13th Hong Kong Film Awards in 1994, the film "New Love" was the biggest winner of this academy award, and the film won six heavyweight awards for best film, best director, best screenwriter, best actress, best supporting actor and best supporting actress. The only award for best actor was lost to a third-level film, which was "Eight Immortals Hotel's Human Meat Char Siu Bun" starring Huang Qiusheng.
Winning the Academy Award for Best Actor with a third-level film can be described as an ancient person and a no one after, because so far, there is only one Huang Qiusheng. I don't know if Liu Qingyun will be a little lost and unwilling, because this year, he was nominated for the Best Actor at the Academy Awards for the first time, and it was two nominations, representing the film "New Love" and "July 14", but finally lost to a perverted role in a tertiary film.
However, people who have seen the movie "Eight Immortals Hotel's Human Meat Char Siu Bun" are estimated to have no objection to Huang Qiusheng's award, in this film, Huang Qiusheng performed a psychopathic, extremely murderous maniac to a wonderful portrait, into the wood three points, people can't help but creepy and chill.
The film is completely based on the case of the eight immortals hotel, and there are many violent erotic, bloody and terrifying scenes. There is a female cashier role in the film, played by Li Huayue. Li Huayue's appearance is not outstanding, but he is a well-known actor in the tertiary film market, and he is also a very avant-garde off-star.
She had taken photographs naked on the streets of Hong Kong, a move that was heavily criticized by apologists at the time. If you are a Hong Kong film lover, you may have seen her and Xu Jinjiang's "Ten Tortures of the Manchu Qing Dynasty", and the aerial passion scene in the film was very interesting, and I had to admire the imagination of Hong Kong filmmakers at that time.
