Xiaoxing (pseudonym) and Xiaoling (pseudonym) are sisters. At the time of the crime, her sister Xiaoxing was in her third year of high school, and in order to alleviate academic pressure and seek excitement, she took her sister to carry out theft in a beauty shop, and was stolen on the spot. The procurator entrusted the judicial social worker to focus on conducting supplementary social investigations on the reasons for Xiaoxing's crime, family background, etc., combined with the results of professional psychological assessment to accurately grasp the key points of correction and help and education, and formulated a personalized help and education plan for Xiaoxing's emotional management, family relationship repair, and social value re-cultivation, helping Xiaoxing return to the family and society as soon as possible in the form of regular psychological treatment, daily housework, and regular participation in social welfare activities. For the first time, in the form of a "four-party agreement", the procuratorial organs joined hands with Xiaoxing's guardians, psychologists, and youth social workers at the Huangpu Workstation of the Municipal Sunshine Center to form a 3+1 gang and education group to observe and help Xiaoxing, timely track the situation of help and education, timely evaluate the implementation effect, and conduct regular inspections.

In the course of the social investigation, the procurator who undertook the case found that the minor involved in the case had a superior family situation, the father was usually busy with work, cared less about the two children, and the mother was a full-time mother, who usually had higher learning requirements, less psychological attention, and lack of communication between family members. The uninspected office comprehensively considers the actual situation of the families of the minors involved in the case, issues a "supervision and guardianship order" to Xiaoxing's parents, and urges and accepts family education guidance through forms such as reprimands and orders to have repentance, to enhance family education capabilities, learn family education knowledge, guide parents to change their family education methods, promptly solve the family problems behind juveniles, so that juveniles involved in crimes can learn the law and repent, and at the same time, gain new strength in reliving family affection, and truly achieve the expected purpose of correctional education.
